Windows user rating has always been off. I think it also puts the total score at whatever the lowest score is. For some reason no matter what hard-drive's been in use I've never seen it rate a hard drive beyond a 5 for some odd reason. I really don't know what they want it's a hard drive. The entire score/test doesn't really mean much of anything at all, it's just for fun.

5.9 usually indicates the hard drive only if u switch to SSD then score will change. if less than 5.9 then usually its the GPU

apparently WEI considers only the lowest subscore, if you don't have an SSD, you're stuck at 5.9 regardless of other hardware.
