| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Holy shit, one of the scenes reminded me of the movie Independence Day. Yamato being a boss this episode as well, nice. The latest Septentrione seems pretty badass though. I wouldn't want to go near that thing. Byakko ;.; nooooo Episode was alright this week. I kinda liked the action and the OST. Next week's episode 'Last Day' I think it's titled so really curious on how this will go down. |

| LOL at the "Hee Ho" XD The battle was all serious and then that Jack Frost came along. I had a feeling that Daichi wasn't going to completely useless for the whole series. I liked the action this week, and all those deaths DDD: Nice seeing Alcor there telling Yamato that he won't let him kill Hibiki. Man he scared me a bit in the beginning when he destroyed that demon. And Hibiki's flashback...he and Daichi friendship ;_; |

| I now have no idea what ending they are heading for now. Looks like they are going to either make up a completely different ending, pulled out from their ass that's not in the game, or they're heading for Daichi's ending, where the World resets.... Even though I don't know how this is possible because they killed the needed characters for it! Plus lets not forget they also killed off the characters that couldn't be killed in the games : S Screw this anime. |

| You're kidding me... Airi, Jungo, AND Hinako bit the dust this week? They all just became friends too : / Alright episode but kinda disappointed at how Daichi got his demon conveniently at the right time which is pretty typical in the shonen action genre. However since they've pulled similar things like that already it's not far fetched in the context of the show. I forgot about Alcor amidst all of the chaos and destruction this episode, who will be the final boss him or Yamato? Hmm..... |

| Don't care about all those deaths of side characters. Episode wasn't sad at all. Fight scene was ok, but still not really interesting. Some plotholes also were a disappointment. Now I'm worrying about the ending. |

| Did I miss it? Why was Hibiki out of conscious? Longer ver. of OP while eating "chawan mushi" (how should it be translated, steamed egg?) Final battle and everyone except Hibiki fighting, though it is strong enough to disable their demons. Wow, that guy also has a strong demon, too late, though. And looks weak. Wow, huge gap of space of ED (but why is that one alive?). Final day part 1... so there are two parts to final day? |

| NO!!! Why'd they killed Airi too!? I liked her! Fumi...and even Hinako as well!? Those three weren't suppose to die, like in the game! Jungo was my favorite....no! I just hope Makoto doesn't die...but you know, I only wish they would've done this adaptation properly....I mean they didn't even show Hibiki interacting with the other characters, mainly to Daichi an Io. I'll see how this goes and I'll replay the game to get those deaths out of my head.. |

| Anyone else find it odd that Hibiki was able to use this demons even though Trumpeter was dead... or did they make up an assumption that cracking one part of Benetnasch made it possible to summon/maintain demons afterwards?... They sure are rushing though. Surprised they some how managed to jam in a bit of Daichi friendship story to bust out max FATE level. Also, I think they've decided not to translate it as Black Frost for political reasons, when you listen to them say it they've clearly said じゃあくフロスト and not ジャックフロスト. In other words, the A is enunciated harder (jya-ah-ku), instead of a elongated slurred A for the latter (jya-ak-ku). Or at least that's how I like to think of it. Listen to the google translate sound for じゃあく vs ジャック. If the professional translator has problems picking that up, then they would have trouble with a lot of other words. Some of you might be familiar with じゃあく since that word has been tossed around a lot in anime with demons in it and such. Literal translation is Evil Frost, not sure why the English game translation with Black Frost, maybe because of appearance or it just sounds better... |

| Daichi finally has his moment of awesomeness, he has been useless for way too long. I also liked this little backstory with Hibiki and Daichi. I agree, that tis demon looked more like Black Frost than Jack Frost, though. 4 Deaths in one episode... that made me a little bit sad, because three of them can't actually die in the game. I really wanted Airi and Jungo to survive, since they made it this far. Fumi's attitude was as great as ever, no fucks were given. Awesome Alcor moment at the end! |

Benetnash isn't desummoned because it isn't a demon, it's a Septentrion. Although, I'm not sure if they really tried to make that distinction here in the anime as much... It was explained a bunch in the game, but for the most part most of it can be assumed without the lengthy explanations. Basically, Trumpeter was suppose to be a noise canceling device. |
