| Alois Trancy from Kuroshitsuji 2 I know how (almost) everybody hates him for being a brat and insufficient replacement for Ciel (and the whole second season DID suck, I'll admit), but he got so much character development in a single episode while in the manga (not anime) Ciel has barely received any actual development.
