| Is there a possibility for a season 2, as in is there a LN to this that's not done yet or was this anime original and a season 2 will depend on the sales? |

| I honestly enjoyed this anime..I wouldn't mind a second season :) If memory serves me correctly, I don't think their sales are too good right now. It might be hard for a second season :( |

| Some people have been talking about that spinoff anime (from those episode discussion threads) which they stated was in the works, but don't take my word for it. I don't think it would be the same if the Seniors (Mao, Shion, and Kirara) are no longer in the club because they've already graduated. So there's probably no hope for a second season... :( |

| How would you interpret that ending as a "Open for 2nd season" ending? I'm not saying there's absolutely no chance for one, but that ending was pretty clearly closing everything that needed to be closed. |

Kasumi, Seira, and Geraldine were all older than Mao as "Ma-Chan" and she claimed to be in her 3rd year of middle school... I don't know how the Japanese school system works, but highschool is only 3 years long, so I'll assume Middle school is 4 years, instead of 3. Therefor the three younger sisters would be entering highschool. So a 2nd season wouldn't need any more characters... Of course they'd have to keep Mao, Shion, and Kirara in the supporting role. |

| There won't be a second season. It's over. But! We will have a spinoff anime with the imoutos and their own GJ-bu later this year (or was it next?). |

The sequel of Gj bu novel--Middle school Gj bu..with 2 new male character and a new girl maybe they will animate this if the reception of Gj bu is good |

| I really hope there is a second season to this. I enjoyed it a lot and if they didn't fully adapt the LN I hope they do that. Sure, without Mao, Kirara and Shion things would be different but they can always come back as a supporting character once they enter college. |

| The real question is how well did the anime promote the source material. Because a 3k average, especially with the discounts the show offered, doesn't bode too well for a season 2 unless the LN got a significant boost. |

| I missed MAL season 2 page, but I've seen it earlier. Why? |
| Honestly, the anime was great, but it didn't feel like it needed a second season. This is one of the very few anime that ended very good. No regrets, Just love. Though I will definitely watch it and I really want to see Kyouya brush the hair of the daughter Mori-san. I liked how she called him a coward. |

| I thought that the last official word was that a sequel, meaning either season 2 or an OVA, was announced. From what I understand, season 2 is probable but not definite. |
