| The worst for me is Star Ocean EX; my very first anime. The studio who did it butchered the story of the excellent game it's based on, Star Ocean 2, turning the last part into some utterly retarded battle against robots. The ONLY good thing about Star Ocean EX was Dias Flac; my favourite character from the game. |

I don't think there's anything wrong with a normal person reading it that can separate the actual message of the story out of the manga and its characters. Sure, people will argue that lolicon as a storytelling device is immoral, or encourages abuse, or whatever, but American/European readers have to realize that Japan has somewhat different societal norms. Not to say that sleeping with a 10 year old is acceptable over there; obviously not. But KnJ didn't cause half the outrcry over there as it did when an American publisher tried to license it. Love Hina probably had the two most annoying lead characters I've seen in anything, ever. I enjoyed the first six eps or so, then the same old jokes got incredibly stale. I'm planning to read the manga, because I know how great of a storywriter Ken Akamatsu can be. I'd give the anime a 3 if it wasn't for the fact that it at least had SOME lulzy moments. Maybe it's because I've seen English dubs of all three of those, and my sister watches the first two nonstop. Regardless, I see these shows on TV and go "What? NO!!!! That's not how a ____ (insert singular noun) _____s (insert present singular verb) you idiot!" example... "What? NO!!! That's not how a ninja dresses you idiot!" Oh yeah, and Sonic X was a disgrace, it's the reason I stopped liking Sonic the Hedgehog. ...And Avatar. I guess I hate any anime on any American kids channels, i.e. FoxBox (which doesn't exist anymore... thank god), Jetix, Nick, or Toonami. Well, those are all program blocks but you get what I'm saying. |

| Overall... I'd say probably Eyeshield 21. The anime removed a lot of the jokes that made the manga fun and then started adding in filler which completely screwed things up. D. Gray Man was much in the same as it skipped and changed stuff early on. I suppose it might have gotten better later on, but there was just so much changed early on that I couldn't take it, but it didn't annoy me anywhere near as much as what had happened with Eyeshield 21 |

| I've dropped a bunch of terrible ones, but the worst one I've actually watched all the way through is DearS. The whole series, I was thinking WTF?? The plot is so complicated and yet nothing EVER gets explained! >______< It just shoves situations in your face and hopes you figure it out yourself. |

| hm... for me it was negima (tv). i just love the manga, but the anime (+ german sub *yuck*) was so terrible that i couldn't finished the first episode completely. Tales from Earthse is also very high on my "worst anime" list. very disappointing. |

| Air Gear, which was about the single most awful, horrible, stereotype anime I've ever seen. So I ended up only watching the first episode before I deleted the whole folder and cursed over how some human being could put so much fail into 20 minutes of screen time. |
