| (rewatching in 1080p) Kanata <3 I didn't really notice this the first time I watched the show... Kanata apparently has only been singing as a stepping stone to her revenge on DES for the death of her father, for the entire time she has been there (2 years). By the end of the episode she is starting to "enjoy" singing, which is something she has been missing, keeping her from becoming a successor. Seeing this though, makes me wonder why Mimori hasn't succeeded yet. I almost wonder if her friendship with Kanata is holding her back? (beware of spoiler in my avatar) |

I have to agree with that loli voice, that's not fitting at all.. I really like Yuuko, that energetic personality, and that loli sister, but I don't like the loli's voice. I really hate it when people have this biased opinion against Chieri. That Nagisa, that twintail friend of hers, wtf wrong with them? Wow I really like that the song Minori sang without the music ^^ Nice voice she has. Now only I realized how good the ED song is ^^ |

| Oh man, this episode really showed how competitive being an idol is and how much hard work it'll take for them. I really like the way Kanata and Mimori communicated through song towards the end. Those end moments of Sonata jumping into Kanata's arms were really sweet. |

| 3rd time watching Kanata <3 This episode is only the beginning of why she's in my favorites. Of course the audience isn't "feeling it" when the opener is a slow song! It's a pretty song, sure, but it doesn't have any energy... then followed by Heavy Rotation... quite a difference. Kanata, crying, river, sunset, friendship, singing... I've said it before and I'll say it again: This anime does an amazing job reaching it's audience*. *audience = us viewers |
