| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- I really liked in this episode how it continued from the previous one. I hope everyone just mobilizes and opposes that freak on TV. The people at beginning are exactly doing what I though, rebelling and fighitng. However Shu needs to rise up and take leadership. I don't see many other being good enough for it. In any case panic must be put off and Shu needs to learn of the new void opening to him and how to use them. We can see in the OP in the spoiler I will add Big F to the people shooting the innocent in the Endlaves. Go-To-Hell-You-All! I could not stand seeing they slaughter nor did I ever the ones before nor the one of Daryl. Still hard to forgive that one. Is it me or I think he is some kind of clone from that other guy who died. Awfully has similar features to him. Which means he is just a puppet of someone else. Any thoughts on this new MAD SCIENTIST dude? I just the saw preview. Fan service of Ayase/Tsugumi/Hare fan service? WTF? Shu is dead? In the following,  No! No! Noooooooo! O_O Oh dear Lord this will be crazy. Bet you anything Hare heals him but with her void not out and Shu being dead…how the heck can they do it. Evil Shu to the rescue? Ayase and Tsugumi appearances = A great episode. Tsugumi's Void was awesome to see, a void that makes exact copies of other people. All in all, this wasn't a disappointment. As for the evil scientist guy, I thought he was dead?? How did he get out of that other dimension alive? Or is this that Daath guy using him as a puppet? As for the episode 15 preview -- WOW. All I'm going to say is it might satisfy the Shu haters. |
| So the students are being abandoned? Student council rep. not being reliable, so she got replaced. Cat ear girl is always alone. Void measurer? Cat ear girl got forced to get her void out even without fighting time. Genocide begins. Uchiyama Kouki's character thinks there's no love for this way of killing. The enemy trying to get the resistance group out using other students, and the grandpa of student council rep. wanting to save people. They became monsters for wanting to survive. Wow, Inori killed those who suspected her. Wheelchair girl and cat ear girl got caught. Shu saving them and admitting that he's also in the group + showing his power to everyone. Oh, so cat ear girl's void is copying. The "ex-betrayer" friend supporting Shu and nominated Shu as new student council rep., while he is the strategist of "void" class ranking person. |

| Now we're talking! That character-already-developed Shu with a scraf at the OP seems to be close to be created! I like how they took a haste finally placing him in a leadership role. And look at that, this episode had a bit of develop for Tsugumi! She used to be such a random character before, always ignored... XD A shame Arisa couldn't take a bigger spotlight in that one, I wanted to see her overcome her poor leadership by compensating somehow at least... Anyway, we're having some episodes on a high note in a roll now... I'm still a lotta careful about how it might develop in the future but hey! The series is getting close to make justice to all of its potential now. Better late then never! XD EDIT: wtf Inori killed those students! XD |
| "Didn't I tell you to calm down?" Oh my gosh Shu, that was badass. Unfortunately, he's probably going to revert back to Shoe. Anyways, no doubt in my mind anymore Yahiro is the token evil teammate. A void ranking system? Eh-heh, the first OP had an echo of that. Alas, no significant Ayase x shu shiptease for me to play on this episode. Last episode though was chalk full of it, so I can't complain too much about that. |

| BTW, Where's all the Fing teachers?! Are they hiding in the teachers lounge like other half-assed animes? You'd think that a few teachers would be in command of the school, not the student council. Nope. I guess they magically disappeared and now we have "lord of the flies" high school drama. This show is still way too bipolar in it's execution of the plot. You have supposedly figured out that you will be shot on sight if you venture near the walls. How do they respond to this. "WEEEEEEEE" Tsumugi being all cutsy. " Look at me, i can make dolls. hehehe." I mean WTF!? I understand people saying, "it's an anime it's not supposed to be real." and "You supposed to put aside convention thinking. " But there's a point where you have to say "WTF" when almost every other scene feels contrived when the plot flow makes absolutely no sense. The one minute people are being killed like cattle near near the containment wall. The next, "hey everyone lets rape Tsumugi and see her void!!" The tone of the series is so bipolar that it makes hard to digest at times. BUT, besides that. Segai being Segai is amusing. I do enjoy that he's above the stupidity of the plot and acts like a big troll. "don't compliment me so much" LOL. Daryl actually acting concerned for someone?! seriously? I still want him dead for he did in episode 2. Shu becoming leader? that's going to be a work in progress. Gai was much better at suspending his feelings when he was in command. Shu will undoubtedly have problems with it. I can already see Shu's decision making put to the test with Yahiro's ranking plan. Seriously, that is SOOOO Japanese. Making a hierarchical chain of command based on your void's worth. It only makes sense if they become a fighting force. It would be stupid if it's just for some "lifeboat" evacuation list. I don't think Inori killed the three kids. I do think she knocked them bloody senseless. If she did kill them all the student would be freaking out and panicking after finding them. |
| I have to say that I found this episode really contrived. I didn't like how they played up all the things happening at school especially how the "villains" in there are depicted in such a stereotypical way which makes it even harder to take this show seriously. The launching of the void ranking system was quite interesting, though. So, this is what the student profiles in the first OP alluded to. |

| Alright, so Shu finally shows some glimpse of hope that he can turn into a badass. Tsugumi's little explanation scene of her Void was hngggggggggg. :3 And Yahiro telling Shu to "reign over" the students like a true king made me happy. Overall, decent episode. |

| Did you remember that Gai said you can be like me if you wish for it? Shu already have talent to become a leader, but he isn't aware of it at all. When his memory return back he obviously changed. What a great leaderships, he can get the whole school to followed him. Reign the throne of King. Maybe he can pull out all the voids later without being closed to them. Maybe that Evil Shu looking guy want Shu to take king throne that's why he force him to do that, but still it's very cliches this anime. I still don't get it what is going on lol. Evil Shu actually expect a lot of him. Voids Ranking System based of the value of the person! They can't win against goverments if they don't make a fighting force |

If they recover. I can't beleive Daryl expressed concern over Tsugumi. That was cute, and if things keep up between them (banter, Tsugumi generally bullying the lad) I think I'll ship 'em. | WHY INORI WHY???? was it really necessary for her to kill civilians and lie to Shu about what she had done? Right now, i don't get her anymore. My speculations about Daryl seems to be almost right, he was worried about Tsugumi when she recklessly crossed the line although it was just an imitation of the real one. Tsugumi's void is my favourite so far. |

| But i could say they were beaten up to death. Just looking at the amount of blood spilled, it would be almost impossible to believe that they are still on the point of recovery. I know she was just defending herself, but still she went overboard and tortured those poor students. Her violent nature she has shown in this episode will probably grow even worse later on. Please don't let that happen ;( |

| This episode was pretty damn good (only thing i could see people ripping on is how convenient Tsugumi void was but oh well) on to the episode was expecting that the students would start to freak out gald shu put a stop to it in the end hes shaping up alot better now,and i like how the story going now Void Ranking system that scene in the first OP finally makes since now with all the students faces, this could turn out good if everyone turns into freedom fighters Vs the government!. and Lol @ the scanner rater part and it seems Daryl is starting to have a thing for Tsugumi :3. |
