| I'm not sure either if Riruka flew or suicide. Well, now that this arc is finished Kubo should start thinking of ending the series and maintain it's glorious fame before is too late... if he chooses to continue it will kill the series. He has to understand that Bleach was always inclined to have a base story type instead of an arc type, since Bleach isn't an adventure as One Piece is. I really wish he stops strangling to keep the series when there is almost nothing more to explain. |

| Great Chapter. And some quite strange things: - Ichigo asking for Ginjou's body. Anyone else think Ginjou will just somehow get up after out of SS or something? - The moment they found out Ichigo is in SS, pretty much every captain rushed to Yamamoto and all of them were quite tense of Ichigo. its quite clear they sort of fear him or what he could do. - They made sure to note that Ichigo still has the badge. Its not a "species" name, its a group name they took upon after leaving SS and frankly siince they have no grudge against SS, as I said before it makes sense for them to rejoin SS. It introduced a human-world part of Ichigo support group (with nel/grimm, etc being HM part and SS being ss part) for the possible end-arc against soul king. Not counting the yukio group and other stuff, with fullbring power existance in real world, human world is equally capable of participating in whatever comes latter as SS and HM are. It explained Chad's powers. It still has certain impact upon storyline. It introduced us to the idea of pantheism and gave is a glimpse on smaller scale of what soul king should be capable of. |

Create reason for Ichigo to regain his powers, make use of the badge he got so long ago, introduce Riruka (she fits into Ichigo harem with Inoue (Tatsuki might join with her too) and Rukia. It also created more questions than answers. Also it was to complete "bestary" in the Bleach world. We had Visards (shinigami + hollow powers), Arrancar (hollows with shinigami powers), Ichigo (Human with shinigami powers) and finally fullbringers (Humans with power gained from Hollow). Chad fits more the Fullbringers part but Inoue doesn't fit any of those with her broken power. She's like all in one but without combat ability. Fun chapter. Nice to see SS make a Captain meeting for Ichigo. They welcomed him as their ally (his request was odd and I think the fear Ichigo a bit). I wonder what's going on in Ukitakes head. Was that badge really only to limit Ichigo reiatsu so he would not create more Inoue clones from the rest of his class mates? Also Shinji hairstyle is odd as always. Did he keep the hair messed up to cover the scar that Tousen made? |

We still don't know what's the deal with Ginjou, we didn't get to see his flashback, Kubo suddenly remembers that Vizards exist and Riruka discovers THE HEART and disappears into the blankness of Kubo's backgrounds. You won't be missed, you cruel empathy-lacking shallow bimbo. Tite Kubo said: Bonds are stored in the memory... No, bonds are stored in the bank. Silly Kubo. |

Yes, that is true, he did say that. When he said that he also said that it would only take three more years. But mere weeks after that he completely disregarded the statement and said he was not even half-way done. And if you look at his interview for the 2012 Jumpfest he says that Bleach is only half-way done and it will be ten years before it finishes with an unknown number of arcs. On the bright side though, KENSEI showed up! *cheers* and Komamura at least got a face cameo. With ten years of manga left = 500 chapters Tite Kubo should have enough time to give all the characters some love. I'm going to be reading this until I'm thirty! *weeps* |

| Ichigo's being incredibly mature about the whole situation. Maybe I should use the word "incredibly", it should be about time for him to grow up. He's already mastered his powers. And it looks like his strength and the kindness within him is steadily healing and changing the Seireitei. Damn, I'm interested to see where they go after the hiatus. I wonder if they're gonna give Ichigo what he wants, too.  |

| Well you know, reading this week by week was at times difficult, but I suspect this will read better Vol to Vol. Shame to see Riruka going as she was cleary the best thing out of this arc.. oh well at least she got a Volume cover. Cough Stark cough. Anyway not a bad ending to a in my opinion not bad arc. Btw anyone else enjoy the new hairstyles of some and the fact that Shinji kept his hairstyle created by Tousen back at the Aizen Fight. |

It was well ... different. Changing the xcution of the story kinda matched the maturing of Ichigo. But I am curious which direction this series may take - if this new style was a one-time-thing for this ark or if it will revert back to its old scheme - or maybe they experiment a little more with different styles. |

Most of people who have shallow reading skills and simply skipped through the pages instead of READING, didn't get most of the arc and just decided to bash it, instead of thinking that maybe they just didn't get what it was about. The finest example is the confusion around Tsukishima's death (who CLEARLY died and almost a whole chapter was about it) or now Riruka's death (she CLEARLY didn't jump, it's CLEARLY visible). If people don't get OBVIOUS and CLEAR messages, how are they going to get the ones hiding between lines? This arc was probably one of the best from Kubo actually, definitely one that he spent some thought on and decided on the ending from the start (unlike Hueco Mundo, where it was clearly drawn out as long as possible). The way Ichigo proclaimed his independence from Soul Society (by asking for Ginjou's body, who was a substitute shinigami just like himself) was done really nice. Now they know that he trusts them, but they better not fuck with him or they'll be in for some good beating. i doubt ichigo would want to come within a 1m radius of kenpachi let alone give him a beating. anyways. bleach shudve ended with aizen. now if kubo wants to do another large arc, he better do it with no repetition. for example, half the action cant be centered around saving cinderella (Orihime) |
