| THIS IS AN ANIME ONLY DISCUSSION POST. DO NOT DISCUSS THE MANGA BEYOND THIS EPISODE. ---------------------------------------- Pretty funny episode but I've heard from friends the TV and the DVD have episodes in a different order. I'm watching the DVD and they start with Episoded 00 which is the amateur movie. Episode 01, which was the second episode, is the one where Haruhi first meets Kyon and forms the SOS Brigrade. Very funny episode. Love the narration by Kyon. |

| Rewatching the first season to coincide with season 2! The continuity in this series is amazing! Just watch Bamboo Leaf Rapsody and you'll see why. |

| I'm re-watching the series in chronological order. This was the episode when Nagato reveals her big secret, and the first episode that really pulled my interest in this series. The mysteries start now! |

| Haruhi is awesome! She's such a fun character and I love how she handles everything. I can already tell that I'm going to love the show. Kyon, Mikuru and Yuki seem to have been dragged in now too. Haruhi's explanation of Moe and Mikuru's reactions were too funny ^^. I would join the S.O.S Brigade without a moments hesitation ^^. |

| Always get a good laugh out of how Haruhi "acquires" the computer. Poor president and Mikuru. I also like how she attempts to advertise the club and accuses people of "wanting to keep their mysteries to themselves". I forgot that Yuki revealed herself so early. |

| i skipped episode 00 so it means i just watched episode 3? ugh -.- this anime confuses me with its order |
| i seriously love haruhi. she might be my favorite female anime character yet. her quirks are just so hilarious and original - i loved the hairstyles especially. and kyon is the best narrator and male protagonist for these harem/romance type shows. |
| Haruhi is sure eccentric, extorting computer from the computer (?) club. Poor president being threatened like that. Then the computer club had to help them out and set up the internet for them, which looked like a lot work. And also poor Mikuru as well...victims of Haruhi lol. Fun episode, but what's that? Yuki and Haruhi are really aliens? o_o What is going on D: |

| Funny how Haruhi thinks she needs to acquire another girl to have someone with good looks. And calling Yuki "oddball". Just as i thought "she's one to talk" Kyon called Haruhi out on it, too. She didn't really notice apparently. And man, this episode was defintively one of the funniest of all anime i watched so far. If all episodes are like this, i might get a heart attack before finishing it. |
