| It's incredible how much Monster got me, i'm sorry that (at the pace i'm going) the anime will finish soon. After the Praga arc, an amazing arc ( Mr Grimmer <3 <3 ), it's rigth to change the momentum a little bit. Wonder what are Nina and Lunge doing wrigth now. BTW the blonde school mate of Tenma should've had a role in all this, after all he and the grandpa are the only ones to know some specific things! |

| Eva is pretty complex in how she conveys her feelings towards Tenma. I believe this episode showed some depth to her character. |

| Wow, so he confessed to escape, it still has to be a pretty foolproof plan for it to work. Liked Eva a bit in this ep with her reflection of past mistakes, doesn't seem like she'll live long enough to correct them. |

| In the first few episodes, it really seemed like Eva used to be nice person. From my original impression of her, this episode's content felt contradictory. Algirdyz said: Roberto is Alfred Baul, the dude who brought the case to Verdeman, and very much his partner. How would Tenma's confession save Eva btw?Damn, Tenma is such a deontological person. He uses his emotions too much. If he had not confessed, Roberto would have killed Eva in which case police would think it really wasn't him, who did all those murders. Now he proved that he is guilty and going to save Eva. Eva changed her mind to testify for Tenma which was really obvious. But why was Roberto talking with the lawyer on phone? They do not seem to be working together, in which case the lawyer is either blackmailed, threatened, or Roberto is pretending to be someone else. |

| I swear Eva is easily top 3 most annoying anime characters of all time. also Tenma is starting to get on my nerves especially after we saw that flashback of how this bitch treated him, and now he confessed just so that bitch won't die! talk about dumb decisions and don't even get me started on how the plot is getting dumber and more convenient, i don't even care about Tenma's plot anymore. Just show us Lungi and Johan already |
| I always had this question in my head during the first few episodes... what in the blue hell did Tenma saw in Eva (You may say is typical Japanese behavior... arranged marriage so he can’t be the protege of the hospital so he endured without complaint but a person must have a limit)...? Love sure is blind! I don’t know, maybe it's just me, but she is such a repulsive woman, although the deterioration of her sanity was very well done. One thing is for sure this will be her awakening (when she concludes that Tenma sacrificed himself [his guilty confession so he can escape and save her life by the way for the second time]) that is if she survives… I hope she does. |

| I've been watching the series and still haven't bothered to update my MAL so I figured it was time to get on and starting sharing my own opinions lol Personally I thought it was episode was just ok. I love to hate Eva and I feel like she's on the cusp of some great developments, can't wait to see how Tenma busts out and saves her. But Tenma getting out is pretty stupid, I don't know how Germany's legal system works and if they generally take a confession as solid evidence, but man is it lucky that they just happen to transfer a "serial killer" with a master escape artist in the same truck. I guess coincidences are the backbone of stories but it's pretty dumb. It's been good seeing some old characters return and reflect upon/try to help Tenma. I was dying laughing when Roberto appeared, it's always funny in a morbid way. I'm surprised that it caught so many of you off guard though, wasn't he the taxi driver who brought Grimmer to the abandoned building awhile back? Or maybe I was just seeing things. EDIT: Yep, that guy not only wasn't Roberto, he doesn't even look like him. What the crap was I thinking? |

| Tenma still being a goody two shoes, but the picnic scene made me feel bad for him :( Have mixed feelings regarding Eva. At first I wasn't too sure how genuine her hatred towards Tenma was, then she reminded me of her nasty side during the last episode and that she's serious about her wish that he should spend the rest of his life in prison with regrets. Ironically she's the one showing regret now, whether it's because she's forced into this or not comes secondarily. At least she's moving. It's really a shame that fate always has different plans for her, tho. |

| It's a perfect time for Eva to die tbh, she's been a static character all this time and is just now showing small hints of self-awareness - or is it regret? Mostly I want Tenma to be proactive and do something to make his appearances worth seeing, not just look sad and muse about Johan. He's come a long way since the picnic flashback, but the show's barely giving him (and Johan) any time to shine compared to the other characters. As to why Tenma dated Eva: I assume he was strongarmed into it by her father somehow, like "hey, I'm going to boost your career if you play nice and marry my daughter [who will keep you wrapped around her little finger]". A bit offtopic, but it's perfectly fine to rate a show lower if you dislike something about it, be it a plot point, character, style etc. |

| Well, the generic people will believe now that Tenma is really doing all the murders, because of his attempt to escape. But they don't try to look beyond, the reason he is confessing suddenly. Somebody like Lunge will reach a different conclusion (Although his conclusion is not always right). Although Roberto has a big body(and annoying), he played a pretty smart move. |

And of course Eva didn't recognize Roberto's voice on the phone... Also how convenient, huh? They just happen to transport Tenma and prison break dude in the same truck. |
| Glad to see Eva reflecting on her mistakes. Characters with as many flaws as Eva usually become likeable for me if they self-reflect and try to grow from it. |
