It was a fun episode but I kinda wish something more serious happen soon, there has to be more tension about their secret life potentially getting exposed.

Kind of filler-ish episode but not bad.

It’s fun to see Yor trying to learn cooking. It was obvious from the start. Also, Camilla is not such a bad person.

Feel bad for Franky.

This ep is so good!!! The tension that they created in the begging was so clever and after we discover what really is happening…I just can’t stoped laughing. Everything is on point!

How did that bone get in the meatball and why didn't anyone remove it?

Why did both this and Tensura use purple to signify that something's unappetizing? (Although I can't think of any alternatives)

That guy is back finally

idk from Anya's reaction it seems like he struck out pretty bad.

Gordon Ramsay's reaction to Yor's cooking would be to accuse her of trying to assassinate anyone she tries to feed

Wish the manga, which I'm also reading, would be over already. They're dragging this out so unnecessary much. Both are getting boring and Anya is as annoying as always.
If the manga doesn't get ahead with the real mission it's high time to drop it and stay on the anime instead.

A great slice of life episode of spyxfamily.
Yor is so determined to learn how to cook properly and she managed to cook 1 delicious food for Loid and Anya. Such a wonderful family scene.

Poor Frankie... He just need to try to talk to more women to find his true love.

Yor episode baby! They really had us thinking something intense was happening with Yor but it’s revealed she’s actually learning how to cook from her coworker Camilla lol, which after seeing the cuts on her hands that did cross my mind. We also got to see Yuri again, but he had to suffer through Yor’s cooking which was a hilarious bit, I also loved the scenes where immediately upon trying her food it cuts to the characters dead on the ground lol.

Camilla ended up finding something Yor could cook thankfully, being a nostalgic stew her and Yuri’s mom made for them when they were kids, which later surprised Loid and Anya and was a very wholesome moment. The bit at the end of the episode was also great, I gotta give it to Franky because he has good taste in women, that Monica girl was a babe but of course he was shut down, I loved seeing Loid be a bro to him at the end lol.

And I also wanna mention I’m glad Camilla isn’t a stereotypical mean girl anymore and they’re giving her proper character, helps make the world feel more alive and it’s just nice to see.

Camila was the one who attempted to embarrass Yor at that party before right? Anyway, who knew a blushing Camila would be all I needed for the day

edit: Also I love how they include Anya quickly looking both ways before crossing the street

The split format of the episode felt odd and a bit unsatisfying to me. I liked both segments, but think that maybe if instead they had worked the two different stories together, it would have felt a bit more connected to the overall narrative and less like filler. Dunno….

Honestly this was the best episode of Spy x family since episode 1... of last season. It was actually funny and very relatable. Franky keeps catching L's. Hopefully we'll see more of him.

So Yor is stressed about not being able to cook for Loid and Anya so she seeks help from her coworker to show her how to cook at her house. Yuri somehow tagged along too. As expected, Yor can't cook a decent meal to save her life since all she knows is killing and no one showed her how to cook. Yuri on the other hand had no problem eating Yor's terrible cooking since her beloved sister made it. No wonder he's messed up in the head as a siscon. After nearly killing Camilla and her husband, Camilla suggested that Yor should cook something that reminded her of home. Yor manged to make a southern stew that tasted so good that she decided to share it with Loid and Anya who also enjoyed it. That wasn't until Yor made a special desert that looked similar to the one that Takina from Lycoris Recoil made. The only difference that Takina's desert tasted good despite it looking like poop, while Yor's desert nearly killed Loid and Anya.

seeing yor try her best to cook a great meal for her "family" is just adorable, she reminds me or shions cooking for tenshi slime. loid is a good friend, being there for a buddy when hes at his lowest is the best thing someone can do.

Good SoL episode, yeah I also thought that Yor was on another assassin mission with her cut and bandaged hands but instead it was due to her learning how to cut ingredients and cook.

I felt bad for Franky for getting rejected after that prep work but at least Loid was a bro and hung out at the bar with him. Looks like next episode Anya is back at school and maybe a date (or plan) is set to go to Damian's house.

Great way to bounce back. The first 3 episodes weren't sitting right with me, but this episode cracked me up. It was very wholesome and it felt like I'm watching an episode from part 1. It seems that there are some animation problems here and there, but they don't stand out.

I often feel desensitised to jokes. I feel that I've seen them all before, so I see the punchline coming from far away. At best, they rate a chuckle.

Not so with Spy X Family. It never stops surprising me. From the way Anya kept covering for Loid in the last episodes in totally unexpected ways, to the beginning of this episode.

But I wanted to avoid spoilers. Let me just say that pretty much every episode has had a moment that makes me totally guffaw in a way that I haven't known in a long time. And I love the characters, and I love the show!

Towards the start of the episode or in the middle, Loid's face looked very funny. The perspective shot of the house and living room also looked like something I would draw as an elementary school student using rulers, but getting it wrong. It's really minor details, nothing dramatic.

Yuri is lying and we could see in his face clearly XD He just wants to please his dear sister! We all know Yor is a danger in the kitchen but I admired her determination in this episode. I loved to see her project her mom's cooking and make it right this time... yeah, this time ^^; until she presents the desert that is. She should keep her mom's dish for now. I still wonder why she went to Camila's house. Her husband is just too generous.

Oh no, Franky :( I felt bad for him but maybe she wasn't the right one. Even so, great episode :)

Yuri is back

Yor is being taught to cook, and i love how it isn't possible without flaws (like the horrible Dasani-like Dishes she made before)

the entire cooking scene/sequence thing in general is very hilarious to watch, and also quite charming when Yor makes something good, there's also a backstory for all this cooking.

the soundtrack is still very suspenseful, or fitting for the current situation

i also love the "Loid Disguise" thing, i found it to be quite hilarious

everything related to Franky is nice to see and look at.

Overall, pretty happy with this episode, it has all the hilarious stuff, as well as, of course, "the soundtrack"

This episode threw me off with the dark and foreboding Yor with soundtrack included. I'm glad it was just her struggling with cooking and not anything major. We even got more of her workmates too! With Franky's date preparation, we learned Loid can disguise as the other gender too. He really is a master of disguise. Glad those two can rely on each other.
