Bro stop these studio threads and focus on the staff for a second.
Ryuu Nakayama - He might not be the best storyboarder in the industry but he has great connection with multitude of talented animators that he has developed throughout his career with himself being an excellent animator in his own right. Some of the boards for the trailer, which he did, were brilliant. He also has this definitive style of putting focus on shots of character running in an angular fashion as you'd see from the trailer as well as the music video he directed.
Tatsuya Yoshihara - An absolute workhorse of an animator. Under extreme conditions, this man delivered high quality animation cuts even though his main role was only of a director and all that was for a long running anime like Black Clover, just imagine what he is going to do on Chainsaw where he is specifically brought for action directing + action animation. Moreover, just like Nakayama-san, has a huge connection with various talented web-gen animators all over the industry.
Yusuke Takeda - A veteran of the industry with so much versatile background capabilities ranging from extremely vibrant colorful BGs on Pretender to very grounded, down to earth BGs on Vinland, the crazy experimental work on Totsukuni No Shoujo and my personal favorite extremely polished BGs of Twilight Wings and Penguin Highway. While I feel like someone like Shinji Kimura might suit Chainsaw the best, Yusuke Takeda is far above a competent choice.
Kiyotaka Oshiyama - Devilman Crybaby is an excellent example of what his designs can achieve under the correct episode directors not to mention his designs on Space Dandy which should tell you about his calibre. As someone who has already worked as a series director, he is already experienced and along with Yoshihara will most likely serve as the backbone of the production and this is all without even going into the fact of how cool his key animation even is.
Keisuke Seshita - Same animation producer as JJK means that pretty much most of the connections with animators on that project will be utilised here as well [unless there's some extremely adverse conditions], we can already see that by looking at the animators listed for working on the trailer. Animators like Bahi JD have already hinted to have been involved in the production [Using bat emoji while replying to the original trailer and mentioning that he went to zoo to check bats].
Hiroshi Seko - A look at his catalogue will tell you how safe the adaptation is going to be. A criticism that I have heard against him is how sometimes he rushes some of the chapters (Mob & Aot). This would honestly suit Chainsaw even more since CSM thrives on fast pacing.
There's also Kensuke Ushio but I don't think there's anything that needs to be said about him.
Correct me if I'm wrong but Chainsaw has easily the most blessed staff out of any other upcoming TV anime production. As for OP's question, if other studios could create a line up like this then yes, otherwise no, there's not much to think about neither there's any reason to. The only exception here is Ufotable, being an in-house studio but since I personally prefer more idiosyncratic animation than generic effects animation, I'll try to avoid Ufotable.
There's no need for all these threads to exist, so please refrain from creating more of these threads and do some research for your own regarding the actual staff involved with the production if you are confused about the production
