My prediction is it will be 2-3 seasons long with the first 2 having 24 ep and the third having 12 ep. | I don't think there will be that many episodes of it. Considering the manga have only 97 chapters and every chapter is almost 20 page and don't happen that much in each chapter, I would guess 2 cours and a movie. |

I mean every episode adapts 45-50 pages of manga...but in case of a action manga...i would say 60 pages. Now each chapter of chainsaw man has 20 pages, i would have to say 32 (22 + 10) episodes are more than enough to adapt the whole series...but it can actually be squeezed down to 25 episodes 1 season as well...but then they will have to cut some parts out...which I am sure they will, coz there are some scenes that are surely going to get censored. lol I was pulling it outta my ass. That’s why I was like I’m not a manga reader and I don’t know how this is usually done. But good to know how they adapt for anime like CSM. Cause I know if one piece adapted this it would be 97 episodes from what I heard from a friend. |

| 3 cour is probably ideal but with how stupidly fast paced chainsaw man is, and how much of it is voiceless action its very possible to just doa n entire adaptation in 24-26 episodes without feeling that rushed if they have a good enough director. I think we are going to see the first 30 some chapters of the series adapted really slowly just cause thats where all the talking is and after that its gonna pick up the pace adapting more chapters per episode. Like there are certain parts of the series that are so action heavy I sincerely think it might only amount to like 2 minutes of content. Theres a good reason the manga itself is already one of the most binge friendly series out there right now. |

| I've been wondering about that as well when reading the manga... the pacing is incredibly fast so I can definitely imagine that the whole series can wrap up in 24 or 25 episodes in total. |
