| Whether or not this is true, I think we all now that sugared soda drinks aren't good for you in the first place. It's taken me some years, but I just about got ride of the soda craving I had for the longest time. I try to drink water, milk and juices now. I still enjoy a soda every now and then, but it's only once every blue moon or so. |
