| Chise found a kaiju friend that eventually got mixed with Gridknight and it looked so great. Yume's sister condition is still unresolved, the ex-boyfriend said it's not a suicide but an accident I don't know who to trust now. That last part with the summer festival was great, Yume looked good with her yukata. |

| It's just a poor attempt to make Chise relevant at the last minute and for a convenient power up. In fact, she was going to train to be a replacement for Yomogi when he couldn't fight, wasn't she? What happened to that subplot? |

| Yomogi is quite the dummy for just leaving Yume there, good that his bro Gauma was there to sent him back. A lot of things happening this episode with a definite highlight being everyone merging together and also the wholesome firework at the end. |

| Now that's what I'd call an EPIC episode! I really had a great time watching this episode, especially that 6 machine combination but I forgot its long name. I'm glad Chise finally found a place in a truest sense in their group of friends. I guess she hates that kind of school, her new character development makes her more appealing. |
| It's not that I dislike this genre but... to add unnecessary fan services to/in/for heroines and ultimately destroys her character and personality; their purity tarnished because of it, is the only thing I hope to not happen to them. For that sole purity is my fan service. |

| Whoah! remember, they can't combine if their hearts aren't in sync but here comes goldbro and combines so that's cool. i hope he gets a mind of his own though and doesn't just follow her heart cuz then he'd be a slave but it seems like he's waking up and i hope he can be a new anti. i know love is confusing at that age and everyone is afraid of rejection but they really should listen to their dusty butt elders. her rushing to wear that yukata is basically as good (even better) than a declaration of love. |

| *Half the city is destroyed in probably the most over-the-top Kaiju fight till date* Festival: *still happens* Also, I was totally expecting this episode to be the beginning of a mini arc with Chise switching sides and joining the Eugenicists because they "accept" her. Well, guess that's not the case then. |
