Which manga would you resurrect if you had the chance ?

I'm talking about manga that you liked very much that got cancelled without a proper ending and series that were clearly rushed into a conclusion because they had to wrap well before the author intended to. How long would you want it run for ?

For me it would be Beelzebub and Psyren. They were both amazing battle manga that ran in Shonen Jump and it pisses me off to no end that these two had to leave before mediocre mangas like Nisekoi (which ran in the same magazine around the same time). While both ended properly, their endings were extremely rushed (Beelzebub especially), probably due to low sales in Japan. Personally I think if they both had around 100-150 chapters more, they could've been absolutely amazing manga.

For the sake of curiosity, Mx0. It's not great but I still had a good time with it and then it got really really awful with the cancelled version of the end, so I would definitely be curious to see how it is if it weren't for being cancelled during an era of really popular shounen manga running as stiff competition.

I would totally want to continue Criminale's storyline. It was amazing, but there's still many things that could be explored!

Hi no Tori, of course.
Overall I'm already satisfied with the manga, but if I had a chance to read the rest of the stories then why not.

Act-Age. But the author is a piece of crap, so I don't think it should continue. Time Paradox Ghostwriter was kinda interesting though, so if it wasn't chopped in 13 chapters, it might've been a lot better

Samurai 8 definitely i wish it could have reach 80 chapters at least to have some proper development on most characters but the main plot line is already complete though

the only bad thing about Samurai 8 was it has too much exposition and complex jargons at the beginning that blows its potential popularity

Highschool of the dead and Opus. Sadly the mangakas passed away before giving their respective mangas a definite end. Would love to see what they meant to show everyone.

Thats never going to happen, you're more likely to

Zombiepowder for me. I just really like the characters, and the world, but it was cut short in only four volumes.

Ayashimon
This series had mad potential and built up to 25 chapters and it was a newgen mainstream shounen manga.
It's sad to see it was cancelled and a failure, I really wanted to see the story progress.

Probably Somari and the Guardian of the Forest.

In terms of manga that are finished but I want to see more of, then A Witch's Printing Office.

In terms of manga that got cancelled or discontinued, I still haven't read them lol. Aside from Somari, all the manga I'm reading or have read are either Ongoing or finished.

Quite a few of the 'current' Shonen Jump ones that sadly got cancelled - Time Paradox Ghostwriter, Ginka and Gluna, Samurai 8, Neru: Way of the Martial Artist... was really enjoying all of them.

"Resurrect." Yeah, I think that's the only way Tezuka can resume drawing manga.

Setting aside the ecchi/fanservice, i'm genuinely interested in what happens afterwards where Highschool of the Dead last left off.

I loved Rosario+Vampire ending (and the epilogues we got) but I still wish there was more after that (even if it would be for just 1 or 2 more volumes).

I would have loved to see where they were planning to go with Isekai Tenseisha Koroshi Cheat Slayer . The setting is quite interesting and unusual.

Unfortunately it was axed before it got started. They probably had a bunch of lawyers kicking down the door and asking them nicely to stop...
