Name in the title. I never really cried for one unless it's the Ishigami backstory in Kaguya-sama, I teared up for that a little, other than that, nothing much. Tell me which anime and why.

You probably need to watch some more anime then, it shouldn't be that hard to find something that would make you cry. As for me, yes, I'm usually very sensitive. Honestly, I've cried countless times already.

I've teared up at certain points in Naruto, One Piece and Hunter x Hunter, but never full on cried. Also teared up at certain deaths in this latest season of JoJo too

Same for I want to eat your Pancreas and Made in Abyss are ones that come to mind. So I tear up pretty easy but never full on cry. I consider tears cleansing though for the soul and a good thing, happy or sad.

This ^^^

Your Lie in April and Plastic Memories.

I heard Anohana, Silent Voice, and I Want to Eat Your Pancreas were really sad too.

You just need to find the ones that take you on a Feels Trip.

Yes, but it happens very rarely, maybe once out of every 80-100 anime I watch, if that. I'm often moved by anime, but I don't cry easily, and it seems to be happening less and less as I get older.

Maybe two or three times and it has been more than 2 years since the last occasion. I can find scenes moving and feel particularly attached to certain characters but it's rare for me to cry.

Recently, Devilman Crybaby and Ansatsu Kyoushitsu end.
Also, episode 10 from Violet Evergarden

Ansatsu Kyoshitsu was special, not only because of Koro-sensei, but for the school and the graduation, made me remember those times.

I agree. Looking at their anime list, it becomes pretty obvious as to why they haven't cried from an anime.

There are many many good stories out there that have the potential to make anyone cry if you fully engage yourself into the story and characters.

As for me, I've cried to a few animes but the ones that are most memorable include Fune Wo Amu, Koe no Katachi, Another World, and 3-Gatsu no Lion. I tend to succumb to the slice of life animes, particular to those that create a great sense of realism.

The climax of Habane Renmei's ending made me tear up because of one specific line.

After the death of one of the main characters in LOTGH ...the moment where his faction declared that the fight will continue until freedom and pace is established beyound any form of government made me tear up a bit...when they start to sing their athem.

The notorius 10th episode of Violet Evergarden got me as well, first time I watched the series...

And...another random exemple would be one scene from The Dog of Flanders.

I don't have many memories of this... probably because I haven't cried that much for animes though I'm really sensitive! I only cry over death's characters, or at least, most of the time.

• D. Gray Man (who didn't srlsy?)
• Your Lie In April
• Zankyou No Terror (original sad soundtracks, story, including deaths)
• Violet Evergarden
• Devilman Crybaby
• Naruto (when I was suuuper young, don't ever get attached to a chara!)
• Death Note
• Fullmetal Alchemist (true ones already know–)
• Saint Seiya (same than Naruto, not the same concept tho)

... and certainely more of them.
I can't really explain why cause it would be considered as spoilers.

Oh sure, not full on cry, but tears and sniffling definitely.

of the top of my head:

DBZ(when Goku's time is up on Earth right in the middle of the Buu saga, and his moment with Goten was especially touching)

Violet Evergreen (Ep. 10)

My Hero Academia ( When Allmight tells Deku he can become a hero/ Deku after he defeats Muscular)

Steins:Gate ( Ep. 21)

One Piece (when the going Merry gets the viking funeral)

ugh it's embarrassing but yeah, I cry all the time during movies and anime.

I cried during the final episode of Planetarian, as well as one of the first episode of the Magi spinoff (the one with Sinbad as the mc)

Those are the ones I can think of right off the top of my head but I'm positive there are loads more

Of course I have! And a lot, like thousands times.
I don't usually cry for character's death and sad stories, but I'm sensitive toward wholesome and heartfelt moments, or when the scene is just very powerful.
I'll pick Versailes no Bara for my example.

Code Geass R2 episode 19 the only episode in the entire series that still makes me cry. The ending only did once when I first watched it RAW back in 2008 cause I started like Lelouch again around episode 20 he annoyed me every episode in R2 before that with all the dumb unnecessary angst the writers felt the need to give him. Hence the low score compared to R1 and Akito the Exiled cause I had to suffer through it and all the stupid plot twists and filler like episodes.

Well this is not really a anime, but the manga K Project: Memory of Red really wrecked my shit with its ending I mean you know whats going to happen cause its a prequel to the anime and the anime opens with that character's death. The way it was drawn was so beautiful and heartbreaking. Sadly the movie adaption of this moment didn't capture the same sadness.

Some Haru and Kyoko moments made me cry in Reborn! when Hana said she would be there for Kyoko regardless in the future arc made me cry buckets. And when Haru breaks down crying after Tsuna leaves the room and Bianchi comforts her.

The episode in Legend of the Galactic Heroes after a certain character dies like it does not hit you until you see how everyone reacts the next episode.

The field scene in Clannad After Story gets me every time

Every ending to Gintama serious arcs

I cry a lot cause I hold in my emotions cause I have depression so even a little heartwarming scene make me tear up cause I'm at my limit and I just start bawling.

Well, u only have 20 completed anime in your list, so u either dont keep that list up to date, or u just haven't seen many sad anime yet.

Anime where my eyes started getting moist were:

- Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day

- Your Lie in April (how can u not get sad about this one?)

- Maquia: When the Promised Flower Blooms

- I want to eat your pancreas

- She and Her Cat: Everything Flows ( a short anime, 4 episodes, 7 min each, as an animal lover, this one got me pretty bad)

Angel Beats-Single manly tear during the graduation ceremony

Clannad After Story-Single manly tear when a certain young adult decides to be a decent father, and when he remembers a lost loved one

Anohana-Many manly tears when the words "Menma Mitsuketa!...Mitsukechatta" were uttered followed by an ED song that tears out your insides similar to what Natsuki Subaru experiences daily

K-On-"U and I" and "Tenshi ni Fureta yo" made me cry way too much

Maquia-Solid stream of tears lasting about 5 minutes at the end

In addition, the manga Eien no With made me bawl like a baby for about 20 minutes, and I had to put down the Clannad VN when a certain character decides to take care of another certain character and remembers another certain character. I probably cried for over half an hour NGL.
