| The problem seems to be on MAL's side.It seems that they runned some maintentance on 21st may since I and others couldn't use the site, but I didn't have problem since.The general issue is that MAL don't have stable API as of MALpocalypse,and the graph too didn't worked in full capacity beacause of that. Let's hope MAL to fix all of it's issues soon. |

| Wow, just wow. It's been awhile since I updated malgraph and I got this message when I logged on. Queue is disabled because our server is getting "403 Forbidden" error and can't access MAL. + Pos. in queue: 3319 At least it's not just me. |

| I asked about this again and here is an update: The problem should be resolved for users trying to access MAL. If you still have problems then please specify: - are you using a wifi connection? - are you using a VPN? - does it work without the VPN? About MALgraph: We are aware that there are still problems. The dev team is trying to figure it out but it can take a bit longer. Sorry for the inconvenience. If any other apps etc. are affected by this error it's best if the creator of the app contacts Kineta directly about it and she can forward it. |

Yes, I am using a wifi connection. Yes, I am using a VPN. Yes, it does work without the VPN. |
| Same issue here with Australian VPN servers, been using them for years and now I get the same 403 error |

| yea, japan vpn gave me that error, kinda annoying as i was trying to watch japan netflix and add to my list. without vpn works fine. im in australia, 4:30am lol |
