| I'd love to see anything with Gumi, but unfortunately Crypton doesn't own the rights to her so if there were to be a vocaloid anime, Gumi probably wouldn't be in it :( so bc gumi is my fave and as much as I love miku, kaito, rin, len, and luka, with no gumi, i don't think i would enjoy it nearly as much if one were made |

| It’s been sort of done before with Mekakucity Actors which is based on the Kagerou Project songs. If you mean an anime based around Crypton’s characters such as Miku then I don’t think it has been done before. I also don’t think it would be a good idea as they don’t really have personalities, they wouldn’t really have an interesting character unless they built their persona off a few pre-existing songs. |

| Reminds of that recent anime about the virtual yotutubers,except that one doesn´t have a plot which isn´t really what you´re asking for.But still i don´t think vocaloids have a lot to them in the first place,the mekaku city actor songs were adapted because because all the songs were related by having a story tied to them.I´m pretty sure all of miku songs are standalone so it would be pretty hard to work out a concrete story for them. |

| As much as I (used to) love Vocaloid, no, I don't want the anime. Not invested enough about the characters and not really into idol genre either. Unless the story is about friendship, adventure, thriller, then no. |

| They kinda did something like this already, with the already mentioned Mekakucity Actors + Hatsune Miku's appearance as a recurring chraracter in Shinkalion, and her apperance in that uses the Vocaloid program for her voice rather than the VA that provided the voice for the bank As for an exclusively Vocaloid anime idk how I'd feel about it. Maybe it'd work as a series of little comedy shorts like Di Gi Charat or Miss Monochrome |

| Actually this season has an anime based off of 3D/augmented reality performers (https://myanimelist.net/anime/40137/ARP_Backstage_Pass?q=arp) so I assume if a vocaloid one were to be made it'd probably be a similar concept, giving psuedo-backstories to some of the main songs Monochrosanity said: built their persona off a few pre-existing songs. well they pretty much did that for the HoneyWorks series' afaik so it's not entirely undoable (albeit their songs are more musical stories rather than song songs). But I think the creator chose to omit personality traits on purpose so anyone could make their own stories so anythings possible lol |
