| Hey again everybody! The first group stage has ended and we are down to our final twelve contenders for Anime of the Decade! You can find the final group standings of the first phase in the Round 3 thread. Over the next two weeks and a total of four rounds of highly competitive matches, we will determine the Semifinalists! The Top 2 from each group will advance into the Final Four. These are the group standings at the start of the Main Round: ROUND 4: As in previous rounds, please copy the code and delete the anime you don't want to vote. If you do not want to vote in a match, delete both anime, but don´t delete the line! (It is important to tell us the board). Please only just delete the name of the anime and nothing else at all times! Also as in the previous rounds, please do not post anything else besides the template in your voting post. | aaaaaaaand here are the results from the 1st Main Round (4th overall)! Group 1: Shirobako - Vinland Saga 7-8 Monogatari Series 2nd Season - Made in Abyss 9-8 Ping Pong The Animation - Steins;Gate 7-9 Group 2: One Punch Man - Sora yori mo Tooi Basho 11-9 Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu - Shinsekai yori 9-9 Nichijou- Mob Psycho 100 II 5-10 As you can see we, despite a new record participation of 21 voters in this round, almost all matches were really close and this continues to be an exciting tournament! In Group 1, Monogatari made a major first step towards the semifinal, beating Made in Abyss in a thriller 9-8 and is due to other result now the only anime with the maximum 4pts in the group. Four anime now are tied on 2pts so the fight will only get more intense from here! In Group 2, One Punch Man took the lead after defeating A Place further than the universe and profiting from a draw between Shinsekai yori and Shouwa Genroku Rakugo Shinjuu, who also both remain unbeaten and follow close behind at 3pts. Mob Psycho can also still qualify through own strength after soundly besting underdog Nichijou. here are the group standings after Round 4: GROUP 1: 1. Monogatari Series 2nd Season 4pts / 17-12 2.
