I don't cry for anime OP/EDs 😂 but I guess the closest thing would be the ED for Black Butler, it sounds like a heartfelt ballad (I miss this type of music)
I liked listening to some of Yuya Matsushita's songs back in the days

Brave Song had me too. At first I dropped Angel Beats after watching the first few minutes of first episode. I picked it up later and I've not regretted it.

There are different reasons for crying and I have just the right track for each kind (well, some of them that I could think of) of crying:

Angel Beats ED - Brave Song (because it's very emotional)
One Piece ED 16 - Dear Friends (the same as above, it's very emotional)
Stein's Gate ED - Toki Tsukasadoru Juuni no Meiyaku (because it's very traumatizing)
BNHA - All for One Theme (because it makes me wanna cry out of fear and desperation)
One Piece ED 1 - Memories (because it hits with the nostalgia)
Tokyo Ghoul OP - Unravel (because it makes you think about all the hardships Kaneki endured)

Bonus Reasons:
SnK Season 3 OP - Red Swan (the song is so good you wanna cry)
OPM ED - Hoshi yori Saki ni Mitsukete Ageru (sometimes you just wanna cry out of happiness and peace, and that's for it)

Sayonara Gokko (Dororo ed 1). Was happily humming along to the song until I read the lyric translations. Extremely melancholic.

Daijoubu from Tenki no Ko still makes me tear up everytime I listen to it...

Ooh, which one? They're both good, but the first might be my most feeling-inducing credits ever. Although I think a lot of that is from the imagery, if I was talking about music alone from that, it would probably be the piece which plays for the scene with the bats and remembering.

Most likely to do that for me generally is probably Aozora from AIR.

Opening is Sora Ni Utaeba from My Hero Academia (i want to cry only because of nostalgia)
