| Btooom! ... literally the very definition of a schlocky, B-movie in anime. However, it still did entertain me more than the Aria series, which, despite having better characters and storyline, was probably the most boring experience with an anime I've ever had. I don't think is bad technically speaking, but it was definitely not for me. |
| Handa-kun disappointed me the most. They took away everything that made Barakamon enjoyable and replaced it with a dull cast and a single joke repeated over the course of 12 episodes. Is Handa even the main character here? Because the side characters probably get more screentime than him. Index S3 was also a shitshow. I've been complaining every single episode of it lol. |

| I usually love short anime but god was Nobunaga-sensei bad. They had a chance with the "send her back in time" plot but nope decided to throw 18 kabillion characters into the story for ecchi scenes. Bleh. |

| Going solely based on what was the most frustrating to watch, probably the second season of Spice and Wolf. How to take a good first season and a great promising premise and shoot it to shit in no time. I don't believe I rated a show watched this year lower. |

| Easily Chika Gentou Gekiga morbid curiosity got the best of me. It was just as awful as people said it was. A runner up was Yosuga no Sora which was another case of curiousity (how bad could it be) and it didn't disappoint in that it was awful as hell. |
| I guess most of users post some isekai anime (like always) For me it was One punch man - both seasons were deleted from my list because it wasn't worth to be even in drop list so boring (don't know why but it seems for me like typical "comedy" american stuff - nothing for me) - just my opinion |

But yes i do agree with you it has entertaining value. Akihabara Dennougumi; ugly anime with one of the most annoying MCs I've seen. Bungou Stray Dogs 3rd season; same shit as it's always been. Edgelord fodder. W'z; almost made me puke. Not a joke. This anime makes you have motion sickness. Beatless; pure fucking shit. Aquarion Evol; a plot so confusing it didn't even know what it was itself. ... Why do I even bother with anime. |

| Answer: King's Game (Ousama Game The Animation). In gonna preface this that excessive gore is fine with me, i love it when shit gets unnecessarily bloody like at the end of Happily ever after in Hollywood or hateful eight, or any Tarantino really. Baki got nice and gruesome when it did not need to. Fate got punishing to watch when the wrong person gets brutalized. The final kizumonogatari, gakkougarushi at its darkest, etc. But there was one anime called King's Game (Ousama Game The Animation). An anime full of characters impossible to like in any way. A principle character like Malty from shield hero, but serves no effective purpose with the shit she does in the series. EXTREMELY gore ridden scenes that are not for the faint of heart that more play with the idea of, man this is super cool and edgy. Stuff like (spoilers) "Wouldn't be neat if we fuck with a girls mental state and trust of her class that we trick her into thinking that her class was gonna vote for her to die, so she attempts suicide in front of the class only to learn that all she had to do was reveal he crush?" And then another guy replies to that with "Thats cool, but lets go further and have her die in the hospital because she was noncontinuous and could not fulfill a future role." It proceeds with these gruesome scenes and does nothing with it. I get it there can always by that psycho thriller that pushes the dial to the limit with gore and makes that gore scarring based of the story. But they never did anything more than have people get shocked faces and protag-kun give the basic "you are hurting my nakama" bullshit. Final Statement: And you thought Another was as bad as it gets... |
