| My absolute favorite story arc in all of anime is the Munich arc in Monster, which lasts from episodes 25 through 39. In particular, the first five of those episodes which centered around Richard Braun are just astonishingly good. |

| Shogun Assassination arc and Farewell Shinsengumi arc of Gintama. They make Chimera Ant arc look pretty average which only had a fourth or a fifth of it that was excellent, the rest was sleep inducing. |

| In terms of DBZ, the Cell Games arc (aka saga) is my favorite one among the others. Also YYH's Dark Tournament and Chapter Black arcs were really fun and intense. |

| Battle of Fairy Tail arc in Fairy Tail. Started watching it very sceptically, but that arc turned me into a fanboy of the show. I like how it utilises almost every guild member, even some of the weaker ones that are generally in the background, and doesn't let just the main guys steal all of the spot light. Also, that ending gets me every time... And unlike other battle shounen anime, it doesn't take up like a million episodes to conclude either. It makes every episode count. |
| The Yorknew City arc from HxH. Thought the Chimera Ant Arc was about 6-10 episodes too long. Return to Shinganshina arc from Attack on Titan. 10 episodes, and 9 of them were utterly brilliant. Edge of the seat epicness that had just about everything. Pain arc from Naruto Shippuden. Along with the Chunin Exam, easily the best arc from the entire series. Quickly lost interest in the series after that because the pace just dragged and the filler became unbearable. Light v L arc from Death Note. Riveting first 26 episodes, and was a contender for my favourite show until it just dropped off a cliff in terms of quality afterwards. |
