I remember way back when I watched Blood-C in dub.
There was a scene where the dark haired main girl was walking to another location (I forgot where, it's been so long) and started singing.
I remember at least the expression I had on my face at least.
I think I switched to sub after that.

There was the song "My Tingly Nips" in Heaven's Lost Property.. it made me cringe, but it was supposed to.
I got a good chuckle from it.
You're never too old to watch anime.
If I ever stop watching anime, check my pulse I'm likely dead.

I wake up with coffee & anime, I go to sleep with coffee & anime.

Sorry if my sarcasm is bad, it's not my first language.

The Yugioh GX OP always made me cringe with its "Blink-182/Sum 41" style song.

The whole "Get your game on" thing just sounded so lame, and this is coming from a dub fan, so trust me when I say it's lame.

I actually can't think of any dubbed songs that have done this, though I have not heard many dubbed song songs begin with outside the anime I've grown up with. I guess looking back, Freckles from Rurouni Kenshin tried to be too accurate to the original, and the high pitched singing doesn't really work in English unfortunately.

Nadia and the secret of blue water has an episode of songs at the end of a roughly 12 episode long run of utter garbage. I can only presume that it's awful subbed, I know it's awful dubbed and I couldn't sit through it again subbed or dubbed to confirm or compare *shudders*. Did I cringe? I didn't stop cringing.....

Modern dubs are usually pretty good since they don't even translate singing, but there are plenty from the 90s early 00s that were pretty awful.

This was a big scandal in Mexico (even big TV brands covered this!), Dragon Ball is so attached to the mexican culture that almost everybody wanted Cartoon Network to burn in flames. Vuela pega y esquiva...

The German opening songs of One Piece and Dragon Ball. Catchy, yes, but incredibly cringeworthy.

But most of all, Blumenkranz from Kill La Kill. If German is your mother language, it's really hard to listen to.
