| There are so many bait threads that there is always some poor paranoid sap that thinks any thread that contains an opinion is bait. A lot of you guys are stuck in a loop wondering if everyone that posts is out to get you making you unable to make any semi serious post. Mods really need to crack down on the threads that actually are made to stir up chaos. |

Sometimes worse, sometimes better but baits and shitposting have always been a part of MAL forums. | To be fair, you have to have a very high IQ to understand Mal forums. The humour is extremely subtle, and without a solid grasp of theoretical shitposting most of the threads will go over a typical reader’s head. There’s also Mal's autistic outlook, which is deftly woven into each post- Mal's personal philosophy draws heavily from Moe anime, for instance. The user's understand this stuff; they have the intellectual capacity to truly appreciate the depths of these threads, to realize that they’re not just shitposts- they say something deep about LIFE |

| Is there? Honestly, compared to before the MALpocalypse, the forum is pretty tame. I have no complaints. The few bait threads of the last days were so obvious you'd deserve it if you fell for them (which always happen, and keeps the baiters alive). Threads like yours might just make things worse. |
