Citrus is continuing to be serialised however it will not be published in yuri hime #5 (released march). It's having a rest for a month, which is not that unusual.

According to the add at the end of the #4 magazinee it was to be in #5, but there is an apology on the publishers website saying the above.

I wouldn't think it's the end. I mean Hajime no Ippo had a fiasco of having Ippo retire and now it seems like they are going to bring him back. Also if it did end, there would be a declaration beforehand. Authors tend to tell people before that the end is x chapter.
