| Guys, being too anti-mainstream is mainstream itself, just saying. I'd probably never watch One Piece. one of my friends is a very huge fan and he's like "yeah, you should definitely watch it. it gets very good after like 200 episodes" what the hell? I'm not gonna do that. |

| Used to be One Piece, years later I find myself finishing 700 episodes in a span of 4-5 months hoping there were hundreds more. I feel like there's so much more to be explored. If you're wondering, it's 20x better than Naruto. edit: actually 4-5 months, not 5-6 months |

| Remaining episodes of every show that I dropped and most of the shows I on holded Pretty much all long running shows (Except Gintama, FMA and HxH, I'll watch them... one day) Shows that are shamelessly and extremely pandering to a certain demographic. |

I already have seen Death Note and Code Geass so I think I'm pretty good with teh D33p Stuffff. Most of these anime are the equivalent to modern art, all lacking in substance, they serve only to confuse the average person into believing they have some profound meaning, they don't. Avoiding these shall serve you well. Ghost in the Shell, the original movie, is a pretty decent show, shouldn't be in this list, give it a try. The real problem though, is certain people who, after watching several of these shows, get deluded, think it's the best there is, join other individuals insecure about their taste in anime and begin shoving down people's throats of supposed hidden greatness the shows possess. It also translates into inflating ratings for mentioned shows and lowering other shows' ratings. It's a rampant problem, really. |

| I don't have anything against certain shows. More like genres... Yaoi, netorare in hentai and shows dedicated strictly for small children (like up to 5-6 years old, the rest shounen stuff is cool for me). |

| Monogatari series They say it's good despite the ecchi but that case is pretty much the same as No Game No Life and freakin' hate that show and regretted watching it due to the fact that it had a pretty interesting concept but ruined by fan service. |

| Like many of people, anything beyond 60-70 eps. It's just too long, made that mistake with Naruto and ended up dropping it. So bleach, one piece, gintama and so on. Also, yaoi. It's gay :V |

| I don't think there's an anime I won't at least *try* to watch. I've watched episodes and had to drop series because I've gotten so far behind. I'm looking at you, One Piece. Otherwise, I'll basically try watching any anime that sparks my interest. There hasn't been one I've found yet that's an absolute 'no, I'll never watch any of it, ever'. |
| Dragon Ball, not really refuse but I have no interest in. The action scenes seem too long-winded plus its gone on for so long I'd never catch up. The one show I'd refuse to watch is that anime pupa. I think I'd barf. Other than that, I'd probably watch anything even if its bad. I can usually find enjoyment in things that are bad by making fun of them. |

| SAO more than anything. The whole 'we're all trapped in a video game, oh no!' has been dead on me since the get but I've also been exposed to key spoilers so watching it would be moot at this point. |

| Haikyuu. I like sports a lot, so you might think that I would love this show right? Well, no. I tried to watch it 2 times already, but I just can't get past the sixth episode because how boring it is, the characters are not very interesting and the art style isn't really that good looking to me. I'm sure there are many who disagree, but hey, it's just an opinion online. |
| I try to avoid harem, loli, ecchi, fanservice and moe (bc these things make me sad inside), anything sports related, cgi (hate how it looks), and Idol-themed. And ofc Pupa and Boku no Pico. Because why would anyone subject themselves to that. There is this one particular combination that always seem to make me frown: World War + Cute Girls. Shows like Girls und Panzer, Strike Witches and even Youjo Senki seem really unappealing to me. I also find Food Wars strangely unappealing. I know people love it, I like cooking shows, but the ecchi aspect of it....just, no. Also, Little Busters. I started the first episode because of a challenge and found it so thoroughly boring that I had to turn it off, being the only "normal" anime to date that I've refused to watch. But when it comes down to it I would try to watch almost anything, especially if someone was really rooting for the anime or if it was required for a challenge. You never know.. |
