| 1. Mai Hime (Amazing Music, Cool looking battle sequences, interesting equipment, Themes and development... Everything needed for a great anime!) 2. Gantz - Second Season (Though I liked the 'off time' more in the first season, and the second would be no good without the first, the battle sequences in the second had so much more power behind them. And beyond that it has some great theme realizations as well) 3. Naruto - Chuunin Exams Arc (Some of the one on one battles had beautiful character development, and in terms of brute action it's exactly the kind that I really enjoy, full of unrealistic twists and... you get the idea.) 4. Claymore - Up until episode 24 (Just good action.) 5. Gantz - First Season (Pretty much the same as second season, though it's lower on the list because the battles just weren't as powerful in my opinion.) 6. Sola (Same reason as naruto, though there wasn't as much action here. Also the main character was annoying, sort of.) 7. Trigun (I have to admit, I'm a bit of a sucker for god players too, sometimes.) 8. Baccano! (Awesome characters, awesome dirrection, and Chane <3) 9. Darker than Black (More interesting battles here. Lower on the list though since this anime didn't leave much of a memorable mark on me.) 10. Shingetsutan Tsukihime (A nice blend of romance and action.) |
