I remember the time I actually discussed improving the spambot check via PM with a part of the staff(he/she shall not be named) and another time with someone on IRC, also a part of the staff(again, no names). I got flak on the IRC one, saying it's impossible due to the complex code(COMPLEX CODE MY ASS. WE HAVE GHETTO AVATAR SIZES, IMG BBCODE SOMETIMES DOESN'T WORK, SO FORTH.) and difficulty of implementing. The PM convo was better though. But nothing changed. One time I even got flak for reporting a damn spambot. They were too tired to moderate. No names but this time, that mod was a she. You know who you are. Aaaaaaaanyway, we have to let the ghetto report button suffice for now. |
