| The king is back! I love how the first line of this season was "oppai" This show just keep getting better and better, all the "action" just keeps getting more and more improved as the series progresses. Looks like Rias is still bummed about not being called Rias Who knew Azazel had woman advice giving skills in him LOL THANK THE GODS FOR MORE STYLIPS |

| The Harm King is back and uncensored baby! Really great episode. I'm surprise that there was a good handful of plot and fan service. Seems like Issei, Rias, and Koneko are going through some problems. Kuroka looks hot and seems to be Koneko or Shirone sister. Man things are going to get good. I can't wait. 5/5. |

I would've loved to see that animated, but oh well. It's been a while since I read the novels, but I don't remember Tannin appearing that early, nor do I remember the train ride being that fast. Speaking of Tannin, that new scene was cool, but I hope this doesn't mean the omission of Issei's training. On the other hand, I loved the shorter original scenes in the first half of the episode. Adds a little more to Issei's character, especially the part with Asia. 4/5 |

No need to complain about the trauma foreshadowing, even if this isn't a two-cour anime and vol. 10 won't be covered. The first two seasons saw a lot of people complaining about Issei being a beta protag, who would never reach the true harem end, and even if (i don't remember) this didn't occur in the novels it's a nice touch by the production studio. To reiterate... Issei is not a beta protag! He never acts on the advances of his harem because of a deeply embedded trauma resulting from his relationship with Yuuma/Raynare, as his nightmares should clue you in to, which is finally being acknowledged and addressed. It's been explained by LN fans before (and ignored by everyone else), but now we finally see it animated. Ishibumi has put a lot of thought into his MC, and he(Issei) shows a lot of growth throughout the series. Be patient and wait for the story to unfold ye naysayers. This is, without a doubt, the best ecchi harem you will ever see( :P ) good to see you're still a fan, NeoAnkara, since I haven't been checking related forums since n0m@an slowed down his transltaion. cheers! edit: long post is long. sorry, I'm drunk..... I almost always am when I bother posting :P edit2: the premature meeting with Tanin is a little weird, Sona being on the train is likewise, king of, weird. Why isn't Azazel casually sleeping through the security checkpoints? Also... wtf!! how is meeting Tanin(prematurely) better than meeting the Flaxen-Haired Madame of Ruin? |
