What do you think of people who has a smile on their face all the time? You try to get them mad but they keep smiling.

I'm not being racialistical. It's truuue. All about 'saving face' and all that shit. Actually I kind of like that attitude of masking your emotions. When I returned back to Europe, after having lived in Japan for a bit, everyone was so easy to read they looked like buffoons.

Buffoons I tell you.

I doubt they smile all the time. Rather, its just they find themselves amused by your attempts at getting them mad.

Try getting them bored instead. Make them listen to an album of a genre they don't like, or just ignore their existence for a couple hours, it may work.
No problem is insoluble in all conceivable circumstances.

Yeah. Creepy fake smile people are... :<<<

One day a friend and I tried to smile constantly. 40 minutes into our history class we couldn't anymore. We looked really creepy, commented another friend.

What's wrong with a little smile lightening up your day? I just leave them be. If they're smiling then they're usually happy about something. And they won't stop smiling even if you annoy them.

I've always been under the assumption that people who smile too often are often worried about something or masking a feeling.

There are also others that smile so that their day could go good. Happy day.

I've yet to met someone who smiles all the time (excluding sleeping and whatever of course) or even someone who smiles most of the time. So I'll refrain from making sweeping overgeneralizations. And one gotta use up facial muscles to smile all/most of the time. Hard work, that.

I've only known one person who smiles ALL THE TIME.

I thought he was the happiest guy in the world, but a year after leaving school I found out he had attempted suicide 15 times(how do you fail that many times?) and even had a visit to a mental institution.

Several anime characters come to mind. Such type (whether in anime or real life) are usually not to be trusted. Their smiles are used to mask their true intentions and motives.

This is the way I see it too. If their smile is genuine I see it only as a positive.

As silly as it sounds, my mood most of the time will reflect that of those around me. It is hard to be around depressed low-energy people, as I usually find myself feeling the same soon after. Genuinely happy people are always a joy to be around, when others are happy I find myself happy!

Life is much too short to be wearing a frown all day!~

I tend to remember funny things as I walk around the school hallway, so I end up snickering as I pass by people and they seem to think that I'm snickering at them. Oops.

I smile periodically throughout the day, even when I spend that whole day at the computer. For me, it feels weird not to smile. It really pisses off my parents though. Hahahaha.

So, are you some kind of 4 year old who can't have people being happy when you aren't, or something?

And when the hell did I ever say that I can't have people being happy? I just wanted to know what people think of these kinds of people. (I'm one)

So I had a wife, beautiful, like you, who tells me I worry too much. Who tells me I ought to smile more. Who gambles and gets in deep with the sharks... Look at me! One day, they carve her face. And we have no money for surgeries. She can't take it. I just want to see her smile again, hm? I just want her to know that I don't care about the scars. So... I stick a razor in my mouth and do this to myself. And you know what? She can't stand the sight of me! She leaves. Now I see the funny side. Now I'm always smiling!

For real.

I don't know if I really know many people that smile at everything. But I know people that laugh at everything. Usually you just stop talking in hopes that they'll finally shut up.

Well you could be like me who never smiles at all and get random people on the street telling me to smile. Mind your own business random people.

Sometimes smiles shouldn't be seen. Like if you're a pedo. Then people can tell.

I met a few people who smile all the time. They were all christian missionaries that sit down at a lunch table together and I just so happen to sit down at that random table....

I had no Idea I sat down at the Pro-Christian table when I started to rant about how Christians do nothing but lie to themselves because somehow they say say they are following gods/Jesus's orders and still manage to act like complete ass wholes.

(I just got threatened by the Priests daughter and the Priest's son lied to the police and told them I was planning to bomb the school all in the same day... I was just a little pissed)

lol trust me... none of them were smiling and ran out of their laughing so hard with 7 of them chasing my ass.

(nothing against christians. I love all religions and favor none more than others... you know the rest)

There's a girl in my tutor that smiles almost constantly; it's kinda of nice, because by just standing by her, she automatically beams this grin at you and you can't resist returning a smile. She's a really kind girl, and I suppose it's beneficial to know a few people that are always smiling and to ensure that you support them on those rare occasion's when there lacking a smile.

Augh, I have a friend that does this all the time. She's seriously like the description of happiness. Short, long blonde hair, blue eyes, always smiling, cute clothes, lots of bright colors, blah blah blah. Hell, even her name sounds pretty damn happy. It annoys me so much! But, as much as I feel like I want to annoy the crap out of her, trying to get her to stop, I can't. =/

You get a sense about those kind of people that, if they're unhappy, then someone/something is going to hell. Or, quoting a friend of mine, "Everytime Cheyenne stops smiling, Jesus kills a ninja."

I just let them be happy and ignore them.

Even though that's kind of hypocritical because I smile a lot too (not ALL the time though).
