| 78 hours. I went to sleep on a morning and woke up at Thursday evening. There were moments of me waking up and going to the bathroom but I don't even remember doing that. I actually think I was too tired to even get out of bed so I pissed my pants. Don't play with drugs. |

I still managed to get good marks at school when I was in that state, but it messed up my health so bad that I began losing my hair, my skin became dry and I felt that my brain cells are dying , at least I gained my ticket to the university. Then I started taking tea that lowers your blood pressure and that helped me, even If I didn't have enough sleep I stopped feeling so exhausted. After the exams were over my insomnia was over too, but it might take a lot of time to recover from side effects. |
| I tend to stay up quite late on holidays, but I just can't see the point in staying awake for 48 hours straight. After that, your body needs so much time to regain the lost energy, that the next few days are horrible. It does more harm than good. I'd just go to sleep, and spend my time awake alive, rather than half dead. |

| 42 hours is the longst I remember. This was when I went on vacation to spain with the bus... I can't sleep at all in a vehicle. Got up at about 8 in the morning, went to sleep at about 2am the next day. Hmmm now that I think about it, make that 43 hours since it still took me 1 hour to actually sleep. Then getting roasted out of bed again at 9am due to the heat... |

| Had some pretty shitty sleep routines when I went to highschool... Went to bed at 03:30 pretty much every night and went up at 08:00 to go to school. The longest I've been awake is probably close to three days. At that point I felt like pure shit and I was honestly concerned that something terrible might happen to me. Sleep well kids! |
