I watched the movie today in the cinema.
Even though the content of this movie was almost just a summary of the 1st season, it was well done and was still exciting ^^

Finally got my own DVD copy! It was great to see the events of the first two days of Inter-High again. Those new scenes that were added throughout the whole movie were enjoyable, too.

A great recap.
Makishima and Toudou were funny with that ping pong match.
Onoda fainting was funny too.

So this is only a re-cap of the first almost two days of that horrible inter-high tournament where non of the race rules make any sense to anyone who has every seen a cycling or any multiple days team sport event. And if that wasn't enough it also has one of the worst "villains" I've seen in anime.

Even though most of the movie is like a summering of the Inter-high race, it was nice remembering some things, also at Todo's place, the fights between Todo and Makishima are hilarious, I would like to have seen more of them. I'll say that my favorite part of the Inter-high race and this movie in general is the song part with Tadoroko. It is pretty funny to me.
