| ^Same, god damn I'm lovin' this part. Ignoring the character development, for the main villain (who's getting his what, third arc focused about him) which has been a blast, we're getting something bizarre even for JoJo with a Cat turned plant stand user. It being momentarily defeated by getting distracted playing with golf balls is as funny as it is odd. Diamond is Unbreakable is the best part of JoJo's so far by quite a large margin. |

| Kira's househusband impersonation's so good that he even started showing concern for Shinobu ♡ It's really funny that Stray Cat's horrifying fighting prowess got thwarted by a golf ball. |

| This was a fascinating chapter!!!! Kira felt genuine relief for Shinobu for a moment. He later justified it by saying it is by proxy caring for himself, exactly what I did in the last chapter. But that is not his true, gut feeling, he logic-ed his way out of it… This begs the question, what is it about Shinobu which made Kira feel some level of compassion? He could have had a girl head over heels for him in the past but he rejected getting close to them. Perhaps it is unusual that he is in a position to get to know somebody this well, perhaps he rarely plays the heroic role and tapped into something during the experience. The answer doesn't easily come to me, but this was a huge moment for the cold killing machine that is Yoshikage Kira… He feels something for other people… and here I thought the cat plant would be the only one to become his friend because it would be accepting of his nature. There is now at least a chance for a two-sided tragic love story which ends in ruin, and at the very least we just hella humanized our favorite serial killer. The air bubble bloodstream explosive surgery was disgusting and kept me on the edge of my seat. |
| While Kira seemed to falling in love in Shinobu, that Cat turned into a plant has fallen in love with a ball, haha. Nice way to defeat, or at least to stop such dangerous enemy from attacking, by the way. |
