Exodus and Sepultura were good bands. Not the most consistent groups but they put out some classics.

Anyway, I wouldn't consider this brutal : but that's definitely one of the most intense/eerie/haunting tunes I've ever heard => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ai2dhNW0-sc

Any form of art made through the use of noise is music IMO. Some forms of music have very different objectives though like how some are meant to be simple and catchy and some are meant to be atmospheric and soothing.

As far as the song in your link the instrumental part was great but I wasn't digging the vocals. This is more preferred to me.

Gotta love them.
There's no such thing as a painless lesson.
They just don't exist. Sacrifices are necessary.
You can't gain anything without losing something first.
Although if you can endure that pain and walk away from it,
you'll find that you now have a heart strong enough to overcome any obstacle.
Yeah, a heart made fullmetal.

I know what you're thinking, punk. You're thinking "did he fire six shots or only five?" Now to tell you the truth I forgot myself in all this excitement. But being this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world and will blow you head clean off, you've gotta ask yourself a question: "Do I feel lucky?" Well, do ya, punk?

Electric Dragon 80.000V is such a fun movie. It reminded me a bit of Tetsuo: The Iron Man maybe because it's also Japanese and black and white with that surreal type of wackiness.

I've been meaning to watch Tetsuo but I must admit its a bit short for my taste :P

pretty pleased with it.

but the real extreme stuff will most likely but harsh noise and stuff like that but i'm not really into that.
i do really like Skullflower's - Obsidian Shaking Codex, but thats the least extreme album from him.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g_cAqgJNaVI

it is pretty hard to say what is the most brutal music is. there are quite some genres that are all extreme in their own ways.

Whitehouse, which I hated. Felt physically ill afterwards. I can't handle most extreme metal and noise, though.

Swans are the most brutal that I actually enjoy listening to.

Then you should stay away from Sutcliffe Jugend since they were basically Whitehouse on steroids. I find their music quite relaxing though myself :D

If we're looking at brutal, then this is one of the most brutal/screwed up songs I know. Kikuo has a way of making twisted, yet entrancing songs.

Gommene Gommene:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6elFMyYYiWA

But if you're just talking intense, then I'd say roughsketch covers that area pretty well.

Though personally I find this music video fucking hilarious and screwed up/crazy xD

in all honesty, this is quite funny..
here in the Netherlands stuff like what Roughsketch does (gabber, mostly refered to as hardcore) went mainstream twice already.
and it is still one of the most polulair music genres out here. its considered normal. i hear it on the radio pretty much every day. and there are these huge festivals (maybe one each month) with 1000's of visitors.
i don't think much people here would ever respect it if you'd say something like that is the most intense or brutal music you have ever heard. ;)

but i can understand the experience being quite diffrent for someone from the US.
is been around here for over 20 years now. best period where the late 90's if you'd ask me.

festivals like these are quite common here.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Tsnb6M1LVM

i do want to recoment you to check out Onomatopeee. it might be a little harder than what you listed. but i love him.

i am going to listen to some old cd's now. really in the mood for some gabber..

That's pretty interesting that it's popular over there, and yeah in the US the mainstream is rather....lacking in my opinion. Makes me a bit jealous heh.

Though for brutal, I was referring to kikuo's song, cause damn his music really...really has a way of making one feel disturbed. But like in a twisted way that makes you grin. Really not sure how to describe it lol, but yeah I love his songs.

*Thumbs up* the Japanese noise scene has such great stuff in my opinion. It's funny how Incapacitants has Mikawa being a bank employee and Kosakai being a government office worker. It isn't what you'd expect I'd suppose.

Not the most brutal stuff I've heard but it comes close and is overall quite interesting and intense. Some french dude mixed up genres like brutal death metal, black metal, breakcore, classical music with some swing and jazzy stuff here and there and the occasional opera singing. People started calling his work Baroquecore. Give these songs a shot and you'll see what I mean.
