| Well I seen Berserk and Claymore a few years back and I just loved them. The dark tone of the shows along with the actions and the fact the people WILL die just made them extremely exciting. So when I saw Attack on Titan it just reminded me of good old Berserk so instead of rewatching those two to keep those feelings going I was wondering if anyone knew something similar to these 3 animes? Also please don't say stuff like SAO, Bleach, Naruto, Fairy Tail, Sh!t Peace or anything like that. While those shows aren't complete trash I'm looking for an anime that's would give little kids nightmares along with enough action and story to keep it exciting. |

Basilick, hellsing and gungrave really peak my interest the most. |

| I know that feeling, I actually haven't watched Berserk yet, but Claymore/Attack on Titan both have that vibe to them and I was looking around for a while too until Berserk came to me. | Hellsing Ultimate should be right up your alley. Just replace the medieval weaponry like swords with modern day technology like guns and essentially it should be just as dark and violent. |
