there's still a bunch of long (70s-90s) series that I have yet to experience. Stuff like Akage no Anne which is my SoL Everest so far.
storyboard: Tomino Yoshiyuki (lol'd) and Alps no Shoujo Heidi (also storyboard: Tomino) Kinda feel like watching Heidi myself.
Some folks also really like Kemono no Souja Erin as well though it wasn't my cup of tea, mostly for petty reasons but I can see why it's liked.
Then the typical Aria recc. but in this case manga>>>>>>>>>>>>>anime and anyone who thinks otherwise should fight me with their keyboard.

BTW, I also saw one of your OLD comments that you probably don't remember anymore about Momoko not being subbed...well.
I still need to watch Gotou ni Naritai to complete the trio but I feel garbage-y and I don't particularly want 1-hour+ of feels right now.
