ABOUT ME
I'm not perfect.
I don't try to be.
I'm understanding and honest.
I'm impatient, I get frustrated easily,
and I'm a little insecure.
It's the things I need to work on.
I make mistakes,
and I sometimes repeat them.
But, I'm learning.
My room doesn't stay clean for more than
a day.
I worry too much for my age.
Sometimes I'm irrational,
And I can only focus on the bad
when the good is right in front of
me.
If you can't handle me at my worst,
You don't deserve me at my best.
The most important thing I've
learned so far is
that life will always get better,
although sometimes I
find that the hardest thing to believe.
I take everything to heart.
I'm kind of sensitive about a lot of
things. I also like listening to music. ;)
One Piece sells far more copies with every new volume than SnK, and releases new volumes more often.
The unknown is thus the sales of older volumes which aren't appearing in the rankings. Because one piece has a lot more volumes, it needs to sell far less per volume to get the same number of sales. And it has a past record of getting these sales.
So, the short answer is 'yes' and the long answer is 'almost certainly'.
Sorry if I confuse you. I've been following anime/manga/LN sales figures since shortly after I came to this site, and had a mild interest in publishing sales figures and how they work for quite some time before that. If there's anything in particular you don't understand, just ask.
You can't count up sales for One Piece as the backlog never ranks. this is the end year rankings with One Piece's figures. For One Piece, that was a very poor year in terms of long tail sales, which accounted for only 1/3 of its total sales, and less than 2k sales per volume per week on average - in the past they have almost invariably been much more, sometimes up to around 4 times that in terms of long tail sales/volume. SnK, on the other hand, got about 2/3 of its sales from this backlog, just about all of it caused by the boost from the anime. This amounts to an average of around 20k long tail sales per volume per week on average. But that still wasn't enough to beat One Piece, even with its poor year.
If something doesn't rank we don't have data for it, although if it ranks again at a later date you can work out how much sales it got over the missing period.

Sorry for the late reply :/
I'd give you a source if I my computer wasn't shot. :(

April 1st didn't have any volumes ranking. Every week covered in that post had volumes 1-9 all ranking.
