| If they travelled a third of the way, it means that by episode 18*3=54 they should be there Why didn't Maetel shoot in the aircraft? What if the Conductor wasn't there to save them? Oh yeah, by scenario, he was the one to shoot this time... |

| It was pretty cute to see Tetsuro recognize the sexual allure of Maetel. I actually liked this one. I could kinda see the totalitarian angle coming right away since most of these Asian countries with low crime and high public cleanliness tend to be illiberal, at best, but the story was enjoyable enough. The ending morality wrap up narration was a bit nonsense though since the purity planet is by definition shown to not be a true planet of saints- so why is every acting as if the planet had only saints on it? That would be an entirely different episode! This is about hypocrisy and public face, not actually doing good. I hope it's a translation error, since that's a pretty bad comprehension error to make by who ever wrote the script. |
| I liked this episode. The villain was kind of funny, I liked his disappointed face at the end. I hope we see more of the conductor like we did in this episode. EDIT: Updated signature because Tinypic is shutting down.  |
