As for the episode, seems like I'm the only one actually not liking last few episodes. They're nowhere near as good as they should be considering all the legendary opponents being thrown in the fight. I expect something epic and get, well, 2 lame seal actions.

Oh well, not like I'm going to drop this after almost 500 episodes, so no real point complaining. Waiting for that fight with Kato(is that his name?), Kakuzu & Asuma.

Oh man, I postponed watching this episode until the next one comes out and now that I did it, it was pretty underwhelming. I don't remember the fight against Kinkaku being that easy and there was no suspense at all.

Be the next episode today a special or not, fuck you for breaking the flow of the war, especially when Shikamaru, Chouji and Ino have to face Asuma, a part that I liked in the manga.

They couldn't present a fight looking more unconvincing and boring. Everything was so badly made. When Naruto went in that mode in that bridge with Orochimaru all hell broke loose, now it looked like just a ninja looking orange and having more muscle and tails than normal.

However if they are struggling for material, why not just go back and show the rest of Kakashi's fight.

Yeah, he sure got defeated easily when apparently, Kinkaku and Ginkaku killed the 2nd Hokage =_= Oh well, and thank you for the decent animation this episode!!

This was fantastic 5/5 Next episode looks like filler. Hopefully it's just 1 or 2 episodes of filler and not a whole season again.

great episode, inu-shika-cho was great here, great teamwork.

that end was pretty much expected from the moment we saw asuma resurrected,

i just hope they will bring more good animation like this to other epic battles.

Is over. These so called shinobi legends weren't that bad, but I could never get myself to buy that Kyuubi bullshit tho, oh well, as easy as that was made up as easy they got defeated by side characters lol

Another thing that I couldn't get was when they babbled about gold and silver, idk if the subs are shit but that felt out of place and forced many times.

At least one of my favorite Akatsuki is back, next fight looks really interesting

Reinforcements arrived in time.

But damn they gotta fight Asuma?

Also now Kakuzu is reanimated so he can't die and on top of that the dude has 5 hearts.

Also looks like fillers are gonna start now :/

I liked the fight! It's good that they're adding more backstory to the other villages and other locations more than Konoha. The dynamic of the weapons was oddly interesting, it's very original. I didn't like the fact the they had the chakra of the Kyuuby, could've been better if it was the Hachibi or something, because they are adding too much attention to Konoha instead of other locations again. The ending made me gasp really loud. I saw it coming but it was executed perfectly!
