| 8.55??? i was waiting for this episode and it was even better that what I imagined everything was perfect, I having a really great time in front of my screen asking myself why they don't do more anime with this type of quality instead of giving us poor animation... Dandadan should be the number model for anime, and if they can not provide this kind of quality, they should not do the anime... |

| Still not a fan of Kinta since his personality sucks but at the very least thanks to him we'll get a giant robot fight, so that's something. The one on the ground was very rough and Evil Eye continues to be funnier than the rest of the cast. Cool music. Only one more episode. How is this even going to end I wonder? |

| That transformation was oddly satisfying. Only one episode left, hopefully an announcement for S3 shortly after. I think i know where its going to end its gonna be a cliff hanger for sure but wont be as bad as first season (hopefully) |
| Yeah I figured they were about to make a mecha the moment Ken talked about imagining something to defeat the kaiju, no way were they not with Kinta being present lol, and damn that transformation sequence was amazing, the end result being a Mecha Buddha is a bit goofy but the goofiness plus the epicness is part of what makes Dandadan what it is, I’m sure the fight itself is gonna be great too, should make for an awesome finale (man I hate to say that lol, the season flew by). There was also plenty of fighting against the kaiju before they made the mecha, it was a fruitless endeavor damage-wise but there were a lot of great moments throughout, like Aira doing some cool things and Momo ending up being the clutch when both Aira and Ken could no longer fight. I also liked the bit with Kinta and Jiji a lot, it didn’t occur to me in the moment but yeah I guess someone’s sweat would trigger Evil Eye, the fakeout was good when Jiji stopped Evil Eye from coming out the first time, only for Kinta to shake more sweat on Jiji lol, nice try buddy, you’ll get ‘em next time. |
| The animation for this entire episode was amazing. Loved the energy and hilarity that came with how absurd it all was. Momo's voice actress really deserves some kind of award for her performance. One of the best I've heard in a long time. |

| IT'S A GUND- Wait a second. It's a giant Buddha? Love the switch up after all that set up with the transformation and moving characters around lol. They really milked the battle before the giant mecha arrived, but I don't mind. It was fun while it lasted. Next week we get the decisive climatic battle before a devilish cliffhanger for the anime only folks. Honestly, given how underwhelming the last episode was for season 1 this will more than make up for it in generating hype for next season. Look forward to it! |

| What the hell, this is already the second to last episode? Kinta as expected created more trouble as it became obvious especially since he approached Jiji of all people, Momo and Aira should just stop arguing in such a difficult moment, but the ending... Wow, this is full madness off the wall. Hopefully, this time, at least this time, it will have a season-ending episode vibe instead of the nth infuriating cliffhanger before a season 3 that i give for granted it will happen. Please, don't think this is heavy criticism, this show has always been good and season 2 even better than 1 at least for me. It's just... that it is exploiting that formula a little too hard. |

| It is episodes like these that remind me of why I love Dandadan: the commitment to the bit is great, and Yukinobu Tatsu wears their influence proudly like a badge of honor. This is just fun. No, but seriously; that mecha transformation scene was great. |

| Loved how they changed the angles of the staircase as they descended in the beginning. Wouldn't be a kaiju without some kind of beam attack i guess. Nice to see Aira get time to get stuck in as well. The teamwork between Aira and Momo bonded well with their bards. Still the leadup to the transformation and its eventual creation was damm well done not to mention hillarious. Curious to see what happens next ep. |
