People like Kinta usally have more friends they are easy to talk to and funny unlike Okarun who is a shy kid and hard to interact. I have a friend like Kinta as well.

Why would Kinta be bullied? Yes he is a super nerd, but he is also not ashamed of it, and people probably don't like to confront him due to his weirdness.

Also I don't think Ken was bullied as per "anime bullying" standard, he just didn't have any friends because of his weird obsession.

I can't recall that.

What I can recall is that they are wearing that kind of school uniform that is only allowed for better schools.
And these schools don't have bullying problems.

Isn’t that’s how we first see his and Momos interaction, she’s stopping him from being bullied.

because Okarun is more of a quiet and non-confrontational guy in school which makes him an easy target because he most likely wont clap back
Kinta, while being a weirdo, is full of confidence and probably wouldnt even let bullying phase him

bullies are weakminded cowards, they only go for people that 1. take it to heart and 2. give little to no resistance

@deg its a comparation i thought i would never see but... Yah, but Shinji isnt a "nerd" compared to Okarun and Okarun actually doesnt have the issues Shinji has. Both are awkward though.

And i feel Kinta is not a "In closet" nerd, he assumes he is one and goes on his own and isnt shy, unlike Okarun. When you are shy, you are more a target of bullys.

Okarun is very shy and bashful, his interaction with Momo in the first episode was his first time taking any kind of initiative to talk to another person which was still triggered by momo coming up to him. Kinta might put off direct confrontation but knows subtle(er at least) ways to initiate and probably bonds trough shared interests, he strikes me as someone who could very well thrive as a popular figure on internet forums. Former easily blends in the crowd and the latter while not exactly popular cant go unnoticed.
As for bullying, I dont know how you could even go about it with Kinta. He has no shame for his interest or himself, no embarrassment or humiliation to be faced. I feel like intimidating him it would just add fuel to the fire, hed probably enjoy debating I dont think theres even any kind of winning with that guy.

bro, are you blind and deaf, the entier point of last episode is kinta trying to overcome his social anxiety to actually talk to someone, feeling betrayed when okarun can talk to people, and that scene at the beginning where he was singing but stopped because other people are around.
