| Excellent magical sword moment, i expect no less than AOE total anihilation when pulling that bad boy out. It's a good idea to not make the Regalia her permanent weapon since it would get boring fast, and it makes sense too because Clevatess just doesn't like it , lol |

The bugs don't even like the light of stream splitter, but seriously being able to use the water inside the bugs is OP.

lowpoint of an amazing anime se far. that battle was a letdown and made no sense. why attack the bugs and not the mage? and that 2d pbad guy personality? hope that insect dude is gone for good.
| @Fairtale What do you mean not attack the mage? That was first thing she tried to do before all the giant insects started attacking her. It's not like she could just ignore those. We saw what they could do last episode to a villager. If all she did is blindly try and get to him those large insects would probably tear her apart. Even when she jumped out of the small creek she was jumping towards the mage before she is intercepted by those moths which she had deal with. Then when she was dealing with the moths he attacked her with the giant scorpion. It seems like to me she was clearly trying to get to him but had deal with the threats that were right in-front of her. Alicia could not ignore them. Heck he even seemed aware of how the large insects force your immediate attention, which is why he used small venomous insects that where too small to be noticed as an immediate threat. The venom from those slowed her down and made her less effective. If it was not for clevatesses dark Ichor that probably would have killed her right there. |

| I figured that Clevatess would've communicated with Alica via telepathy but instead he was somehow able to manifest in a dog-like body and also in the human body he's been using. However, it seems like his main body is still trapped in the bubble so it looks like he will still need Alicia's help in completely freeing himself. Also, Clevatess mentioned that Drel is being guided by another dark beast which would explain how powerful he is, good bit of information there. |

| @Makaflayer It's a common thing. I tend to notice it more often when an anime follows a manga closer. Also an other annoying that happens is when the anime shortens talking during fights some people will get annoyed for dropped content. Can't make everyone happy. | Just 100% suspense today, and I'm here for it. Another great Episode 8 from less discussed fantasy anime this season. Sure it wasn't the best animation out there, but the directing still slaps! |
| Marvelous episode. Brilliant action scenes intertwining horror-esque moments on the brink of bug-centered jumpscares. :D Alicia's final attack was epic. |
| Alicia, Nelluru and Luna being cornered in a watermill, and being outed by the town guard Mark to know her intentions, she's at least a trustworthy figure after proving that she fought against Clevatess. But just when they got a free pass out, Meynard coming in with his wall of bugs from all corners, putting Alicia and the other townsfolk at risk, they finally know who to side with and get their defenses tight against the bugs. Klen's surprise visit to Alicia in his creature form amidst trying to fend against the Boelate army's strongest wizard, and him having no choice but to reveal himself through the Regalia sword, certainly gives Alicia the boost she was looking for. And as for Klen, dealing with General Drel with the backing of another Lord of Dark Beasts, the battle's not over at the very least. Alicia's Regalia sword is certainly too OP for that regard, and that's what makes her the hero. |
