| Everyone here suggesting something much worse than I had seen. Makes me think just how innocent I still am in the anime world and hopefully stay pure. That being said, I didn't like the many abuse and perv scenes in Prison School. Also something that forever sticks to memory as a shameful scene would be how Basara stops the succubus curse on Mio after using maple syrup on her in Testament of the New Sister Devil. I endured the entire series for it's action which I surprisingly liked though the plot wasn't as good. But I just can't forget the maple syrup scene! |

| The rape scenes in Violence Jack: Evil Town are the most needlessly draining sequences I've watched in any anime. I don't have a fundamental problem with a piece of media showing rape onscreen as long as it's depicted as being the serious, traumatic thing that it is and is framed in a way that's tactful. Evil Town's rape scenes feel like borderline hentai in how they're framed, and that just disgusted me. |

BUT the recent dubs tend to be average at a minimum. hearing a bad dub now is pretty rare. and if you look enough, there are some absolutely great ones out there. some amazing dubs that no one talks about are: akudama drive, assassniation classroom, princess principal, mob psycho 100 (although crunchy roll did partly ruin it in s3), death parade, acca 13 or beastars. and I for one think 90% of comedies are better in dub purely because it's way funnier to actually hear the joke. that might sound like an excuse, but at least for me it makes a huge difference. re-watching love is war in dub added a whole score to it for me. |

I'd say I probably also watch 60/40 in favor of dubs, but my country's dubs I tend to only watch english dubs if there's a VA I really like in it I've also come across some dubs where some characters the VAs are amazing, but others not so much... Yeah I can understand the appeal of watching comedies in dub, localized jokes are probably funnier to a western audience, compare to japanese jokes which you might not fully understand without first understanding the culture |

I was like, hellow your sister just regained her normal personality from before be happy for her, why the fuck are you crying dude? It's not like I liked Sakuta, I actually disliked him far before that, so I'm not surprised of him doing so much dumb shit here, event thought I liked the arc overall, but that scene was really bad. |
