| As the manga reader of the series, Eris is obviously the best girl. Most developed girl of the series thus far in the MANGA, there's no debating that. For most anime only audience she will be too once the 2nd part of the show airs/ends. She is looking to be the Best Girl of the Year Winner IMO in this year's awards. |

| After reading the novels, it's kind of weird for me but Mushoku Tensei is one of the few series where I pretty much have the main heroines near equal for the most part. Maybe I would prefer Roxy for her personality and design a tad more but Sylphiette and Eris offers so much too over there to pretty much make it equal in the long run. In the anime run so far though, I would go with Roxy since Eris still is a bit too hard to take at times with a stubborn nature and Roxy is sweet too then. Also honorable mention to Ghyslaine for her design, oooh it's something special alright. |
| In terms of looks and personality, it’s Roxy. In terms of overall character growth, it’s Eris as of right now. Sylphiette is kinda mid-ground for me at the moment. I’ve yet to see one poorly written character so far in this series at least anime-wise. |

Sylphie is adorable, but she's also the most boring of the three in terms of personality. Roxy is a very rare king-level water mage, of which there are very few of in the world, and an actual genius when it comes to magic. Aside from that characteristic however, she's abut the same as Sylphie in terms of personality. Her having a perpetual body of a middle school girl would also be a huge turn off for a lot of people. Eris is best girl by far. She starts off horrible, but her development is great and she constantly works herself to the bone to improve herself and protect Rudeus. |

| I normally root for tsundere characters...but Eris is a little TOO over-the-top; she'll punch anyone black and blue for the smallest reasons so I don't like that about her. She also comes off as rather selfish and bitchy when she's not beating the crap out of someone....and she isn't sympathetic like Aria or Taiga or Shana. She's just extremely spoiled and always used violence to get what she wants up until now. I think Slyphie is my favorite girl/ship for this series. Roxy definitely doesn't feel compatible with Rudy (she's too mature I think and they don't have chemistry either) |
