| it was not bad episode but it had moments where the movie (battle of god) did it pretty well than the serie. for vegeta, his ( my bulma )scene was way better in the movie , and his japanesse vioce was pretty weird for me cuz i watched all the DBZ series in english version and it's kinda hard for me to get used to his vioce . and gohan , he had no chance to even punch beerus like the others, i really didn't like that cuz its made him weak so fast unlike the movie. by the way , i hope the next episode will be amazing and full of birilliant fight just like the past *cross fingers*. |

I also thought Piccolo would be able to sense something about Beerus too since he merged with Kami back in the Android saga. |

Boo's fight should have been finished last episode or, at least, when he rises back from the water and Beerus kicks him. Animation and art were bad too for various scenes. The only scenes that were really well done were Piccolo and Dende meditating about who Beerus could be and, surprisingly, everything surrounding Vegeta (mostly Beerus humiliating him and Vegeta's own self-doubt) including Rageta. What really irked me was that there was no Super Saiyan 3 Gotenks, we still haven't seen Champa and this episode was very clearly a cash-grab, even more-so than the others. If it wasn't for the manga's TERRIBLE pacing, I would gladly and very easily prefer it to the anime. Also, I literally started LAUGHING out loud when Gohan got defeated with one hit. There's ZERO respect for the character and that's, sadly, hilarious. You say that but tbh the best part of the episode to begin with is everytime Whis is eating or simply on screen. His sideways glance at the drama was cute. All the drama with these people trying to attack Beerus tho was lame. Like c'mon know your place, if Gotenks couldn't do it wth is Andorid 18, Tien and Piccolo doing. And why the hell are they encouraging KRILLIN to go as well. LOL Piccolo got it right, don't go you'll die. |
| Terrible. I can't believe they actually managed to drag a whole episode out of that. Could have been done in 5 minutes. I didn't want this show to happen in the first place and I haven't changed my mind. Awful art, childish and way too slow. I'm only watching it for Vegeta now. |

| The way it was handled in BoG was much better. In this Vegeta powers up gradually and stands there stuttering Bulma's name and threatening Beerus; in BoG he just straight powers the fuck up in all his rage, screams one few worded line and charges at Beerus. That scene was much more powerful than this build-up scene. |

| People crying about all kinds of nonsense as usual, but this was pretty fun. The only thing I don't understand is why they're going at a slow pace like in DB, but they're speeding through the fights, making them monotone. I hope they get more creative once they're past the material from the two movies. |

| Kinda disappointed with the pacing of this episode. Shout-outs to the sushi guy for stalling the earths destruction, he did more in one scene then everyone else trying to fight beerus. |

| Poor Gohan, talk about embarrassing... I mean, even Tien put up more of a fight than Gohan did. Breerus done gone fucked up, you don't put your hands on a man's (Saiyan's) wife, Vegeta's going to give him an ass kicking he'll never forget, after all he is the Prince of Saiyan's (OK, maybe not, lol). Also, you just know the only reason Yamcha tried to encourage Krillin to go after Breerus, was so if anything happened to Krillin, he could make his move on 18. |

As for Vegeta....isn't there game material of him being SSJ God? Why expect SSJ3? Luckily, I had a plate of dinner. So I don't get hungry from Whis's food-gasms. Stupid show -- making me hungry every episode! Pacing was rough but I am patient, and I was OK with it. Why is Dende young? o-O |

| While Gotenks was getting rekt shouldn't he have decided to power up to SS or SS3? Yay! Ultimate Gohan is back... OH WAIT... HE FUCKING SUCKED.. lasted less than 2 seconds... SO LAME!! And zomg VEGETA WENT HAM! Lost his pupils for a second there. I was really hoping he would reach SS3 though :( Also... Why did Dende only heal Piccolo.. He just let everyone else suffer in agony. |

| Slow episode and we already knew that everyone was gonna get owned by Beerus. However, we finally saw Vegeta snap at the end for precious Bulma. Good look. Hopefully something happens in the next episode. Also, I got in the mood for sushi after watching Whis trying all that stuff. Looked good. |

Yet when that actual scene happens in the last minute of the episode it just pisses me off. Basically all that happened: - People get beat up - Bulma slaps Beerus then Beerus bitch slaps her back - Vegeta gets angry and goes into SS2 Episode end, Come back next week when barely anything else will happen and next year when the arc will finally be over after someone realizes the dragon balls are all on the ship with them and they wish him back to sleep. |

| The pacing in this episode was highly reminiscent of Dragon Ball Z's. I was waiting the entire episode hoping for the moment Vegeta would give Beerus some problems, and it turned out this guy wasn't going to fight him until the NEXT episode LMAO. Soooooo Dragon Ball Z-esque. Good episode though! Beerus straight-up embarrassing Gotenks and Gohan, and Vegeta's dramatic response to the shortlived Bulma vs. Beerus battle were a couple of my favorite moments. |

| Seriously, if Vegeta of all people went SSJ3 just for someone slapping his wife I would drop the anime right away. That's ridiculous regardless of how you look at it. Though, I do agree with people who are disappointed that all fighters showed off their weakest form/attack against Beerus. By then it should have been clear he's a real deal. |
