| There were some really interesting things in this episode but I don't think they did a good job of realizing them. -Mumie-Ikoma stormy waters. For those who love shipping and really want to see this ship sail, this episode may have had these characters take a step back. Mumie seems to have been brainwashed by Biba but it just feels so forced and unrealistic. -The action has been pretty average as of late I was expecting some really good intense action sequences since this is the same studio that did AoT but sadly they pale in comparison to the it's predecessor. -More unusual Kabane with no explanation what so ever, I like the creativity but not knowing why these thing even exist makes their merging and what not less palatable since we know next to nothing about this enemy. -The part with Biba having all the Kabane in the front of the train was a cool cliffhanger, wish they gave us a little hint as to what he is planning. I believe he is going to sick the Kabane on the unsuspecting city since they were left for dead by his father. Overall just an ok episode 3/5 forced drama and subpar action scenes kept this episode from getting a higher score. |

| I guess that Biba guy is looking for revenge against the Shogun. So he's bringing a bunch of zombie in the capital. The other are probably all veteran or related from that same company that he was talking about, that was betrayed by the Shogun. This episode was a bit weaker. Maybe it's because Biba feel too much like a vilain? I just hope he doesn't go full ''MOUAHAHAHA I LOVE KILLING PEOPLE!''. |

| Mumei is a kabaneri by experiment. Just as I thought. So far, this series has been predictable. But the visuals and animation and the action are pleasing to the eyes. Maybe Biba isn't really that villain as what most would claim him to be. He must have a tragic back story other than being left alone to be devoured by the kabanes years ago. The shogun has subjected him to death possibly because he has seen the faults of his father and after one incident it turned him completely twisted and is now plotting to overthrow and destroy the shogunate. It's either him or the shogun who's the main villain of the story and is responsible for the virus to spread as a result of a failed experiment attempting to create possible omnipotent soldiers and only few became successful. I think the strongest kabaneri is Ikoma. He didn't turn to be one from experimentation but he got it directly from being bitten by a kabane. He's a special case and a power so strong that dwells inside of him is waiting to be awakened yet. |

| Biba The Antagonist! Although the Hunters were cool on displaying how powerful they are by attacking the Kabane directly outside in the middle of the battlefield! That large Kabane looks like a Pudge! but Horobi & Mumei defeated it easily and stylishly cool badass way! tag team Kabaneri girls are extremely powerful! VA of Mumei is something else with portraying her emotions! well done! 5/5! |

| Mid-way through did anyone notice how much the pacing got upped. It wasn't uncomfortable but more surprising than any of the mysteries unveiled in the episode. He seems to follow what Esdeath from Akame ga Kill believes in, which is survival of the fittest. Of course, he definitely won't live up to the bar she set :P. |

| I like to think a few or all the hunters are kabaneri as they seem to be in a league higher than others. It's predictable that Mumei will side with Ikoma's team at the end, but for some reason I can't stand Ikoma's constant righteousness. |

| I thought Biba was kind of broad as far as obvious villains go. Not a fan though he looks cool and it's always nice to hear Miyano Mamoru. I just hate being spoon fed how I'm supposed to feel about a character. Plus it's hard to get all riled up and angry at him when Ikoma and Mumei were both really annoying in this episode. On the plus side I agree with the people here who say the action scenes in this one with all the bike stuff was the best so far of the series. |
