And just like that months have passed lol. That encounter with the male elf was really underwhelming. They really are going to be extinct and they don't seem to mind

The crests of the fallen. Hands over their hearts. There is now a continental magic Association. There is seemingly no heat magic not even fire magic I guess. Another elf. She calls the elf a pervert despite him, not doing anything of that nature and knowing elf’s don’t have those urges. He is freezing and they don’t even put him by the fire. Artistic runes of old. Winter lasted six months and it is still Fully snowy. He needs the goddess to exist because he needs to be praised one time by her when he dies. Proof? They still can’t stop calling him corrupt even after he just saved an orphanage. Such skill would take a lifetime to acquire, she has been honing this skill for much longer than one lifetime when he is saying this. They used the unit of measurement lifetime again, the range of this measurement is seemingly anywhere between a human life and over 1000 years. 3

Definitely the worst episode so far, which doesn't mean much if everything so far was a real banger. But there was nothing that stood out this time, no interesting fact or lesson learned.

A much needed slow episode with Frieren and the gang heading north. The start of the episode with Frieren praying over the corpse of Auras army was kind of her. Seeing the king lad once again is nice and him finding his sons body in Auras army was interesting but im glad he can finally have closure.

The town celebrating the defeat of Auras was nice and seeing the gang celebrating was nice aswell along. The scenic shots of the town were nice and something i love in this anime, just seeing the landscape is nice along with the towns to admire it all. Also when people in the background are actually doing stuff i love seeing the world alive.

Them heading north and getting caught in the storm was very interesting especially with that monk lad. Stark falling ill right away was unexpected and the monk using his body heat to warm him up along with Starks reaction was funny.

Them spending six months there blew my mind i didnt think it would take that long for winter to pass but i guess in the end this is gonna be one long journey. The end talk about this goddess was quite interesting.

spending the winter with a random elf
@HiljainenSipuli

The fights were cool the last few episodes but I am loving the slice of life stuff in this anime.

I am really loving this series! The subtle and not so subtle comedy, slight character developments, coupled with consistently good animation, man, every episode is amazing!

Glad the Graf was able to get closure for his fallen son.. and wow Freiren's first elf encounter in four centuries! Kraft seemed like a genuine fellow. Wonder how much older he is than her to be considered an ossan?!

A much more relaxed episode than the previous 2, but that doesn't stop it from being has good as them. I really liked how they showed the importance of all of the undead Aura had, it just shows how many warriors were killed by the demons in that war...
When the chief of the town discovered his dead son's corpse was really emotional...
They are nailing the atmosphere for this anime, the little cut-outs showing the party having a good time in the city was really needed honestly, and then they were on their journey, just for them to get lost right after, and Stark passing out due to the cold. They manage to find the cabin that Frieren used 80 years ago, and there was another elf there, named Kraft.
It was a nice change of pace knowing that there are still other elves around, and the party spent the whole winter (whole 6 months with him), and the way they ended the episode was actually quite emotional, because they have spent a lot of time with Kraft, especially Fern and Stark, since 6 months for them mean more. I am sure he will appear again in the future, since he does appear at the opening, so I know it's going to be a future important character. It was really cute how Stark admired Kraft and was fanboying over his muscled body xD When he woke up to being hugged by an unknown man, it was hilarious xD
The party is also growing closer than ever, and when Stark, while passed out, said to Fern she smelled nice and she was just done with him and ready to leave him out cold, was really funny and on character for her, but we all know thar Fern and Stark are now really close.
This anime is way too good, seriously getting worried when I finish it, since I will miss it A LOT.
The backstory of Frieren with her former party was also wholesome, and the way the "corrupted priest" foreshadowed Fern a whole 70 years sooner, wow. Can't wait to see what the party is going to next, but the truth is they have spent quite a lot now, I'm guessing next episode we're seeing the "29 years have passed since Himmel's death" phrase instead of 28 years.

I could feel a tension between both elves. This feeling that those two need to mate or become like pandas and die off...

IT'S ZEEEEEEKE JAEGER (VA). Kraft calling Frieren young is wild. He must be like 3-5K years old. Also I enjoy how they portray faith in this show; very nuanced and not overbearing

Frieren, Stark, and Fern continue moving and Stark collapses in the cold so they have to stay in a location Frieren knew a long time ago now inhabited by a elf

So they really spent 6 months in that cabin with Di- Kraft the monk :P. Loved how he casually says ''we'll probably meet in a few centuries from now'' lul
