It would be fun to have 5★ Karen at last, not counting all the 5★ Karens I rejected in the initial gacha. Due to gacha karma from that I still don't even have a 4★ Karen... could buy the swimsuit one, but alchemist. Maybe I could wait it out for 5★ Miyako to become available. But I'm kinda dehyped on her since her TTK is lame, I'm pretty content with my evolved 4★ Miyako. Also the way the gacha works is if I spend the summon ticket on Karen, I'll just get her from the gacha afterward anyway. My favorite 5★ I have is Yuuri, even though I haven't seen her show (I sure have listened to her voice actress a lot... on one song 300 times). At this point I've been pre-watch exposed to Gakkou Gurashi more than I had been to K-On and Love Live combined. The impression I originally got from summoning her last year was sultry seductress, the 5★ version carries that to the extreme, seems weird to have that as a game persona since there's no clear target for it in the game. What's that, I was the target? It's super effective. To me it's just not a great selection of 5★ characters in general so far, the combination of liked character + game value + appealing design is very rare. Then there's the extra factor of 5★ weapons, I don't even like the look of some of them. I picked up one Etowarium from the last event and one from this, I'll pick up a third from the next so that I can at least level a weapon to 40, but I'm not likely to do that unless it's a great character with a cool weapon. Probably would be most worthwhile on a warrior, so that narrows the field even more. Really a shame that many favorite characters are likely stuck being 4★ forever (Sawa-chan-sensei, assuming she ever even happens). I hope they at least do more alt versions in future that break people out of being stuck as alchemists/clerics. | If I already have a character as a 3★/4★, then wanting the 5★ is for game utility, or more specifically the ability to grind with a girl I like. 5★ Karen's wings sure are nice though. Still the only 5★ warrior I have is Merry, and I still refuse to LB her :/ I actually did not know there was a 5★ "Mom-sensei" because I didn't even bother to check; how in the world did she get one before Yukari? I'll have to give her a test drive. I pulled that wind knight 5★ Yui from the recent knight gacha, haven't used her yet. I'm not familiar enough with high level strategy in this game to advise on that choice ;P I seem to have four 4★ water mages and no 5★ water character. Yui is my first wind 5★. |
| I honestly don't go very far into the actual game utility, you'll notice none of my supports have been properly leveled, I really only use EXP boosting materials for the lv 70 event rewards I'd like to have at least one character I like in each element/class combo, apparently Uki is in fact coming to the game as a wind warrior so that will hopefully solve that dilemma (if I can get enough gems, that is), even alchemists despite them being effectively pointless outside of gimmick fights (poor mom-sensei - I think she got the five star because that was during Risa Taneda's hiatus so they couldn't pull her in for Yukari?) I'll have enough gems for whatever the event gacha is on the 6th, Cocoa is supposedly a wind warrior too and actually getting one of those would probably push Run ahead of Yui. |

here is a trimmed down version of the mythical spreadsheet that gets updated once a week blue: effectively cannot be upgraded character-wise almost regardless of future content green: extremely unlikely to be upgraded but it's not impossible. yellow: would take a character or strength upgrade if available, but low priority orange: medium to high priority for upgrades characters are listed using subjective measures of likability and ability - eg 4* water warrior kinmoza honoka at 62 being listed above 5* kaho at 71 despite kaho's much higher utility and card assets (let's go with that) because i like honoka more - you'd think i would like kaho a *lot* but it just never really worked, just not a twintails guy today's update allowed the removal of sun priest sakura trick haruka (lv 16) for best run, and cocoa replaces lv 35 wind warrior nene and her voice extra facts: my computer recognizes kaos as a word for reasons completely unrelated to comic girls but it recognizes yui because i forced it to. I have absolutely no idea why it recognizes kayo as an acceptable entry you may be wondering how welfare alice can rank above 4 star hiro, well regrettably 4 star hiro is a card i do not have and definitely the superfluous card i want most |

| im hoping full voice becomes standard, though im not sure how costly that would be. gochiusa anthology already had a story with characters dressed as heros, priests, etc. if they decide to later add the other characters and follow the story in the anthology, maybe they would make Rize a warrior and Chiya a priest. :p for those who havent, i strongly recommend that you read the back cover comic of anthology vol 2. one thing i noticed - the 1st chapter (story about mahou shoujo Chino) was made by the Comic Girls mangaka. that certainly explains the high quality character design and how professional it feels. Gave the Cocoa gacha a 10-for-300 spin: ... .............. Well, I'm certainly not lacking for sun girls now. I could raise that Yuno to 100 immediately using the HidaSketch 5★ crystals I've saved, well, I could if I had enough seeds, but I don't. Not sure what to do with 5★ moon mage Koume since I already have 5★ moon mage Hifumi. I'm going to take this as Cocoa's blessing to give up on her 5★ form. Chances are I won't be getting any more 5★s for the next ten or so 10-pulls. |

| Briefly today I had 4★ welfare Cocoa at level 85 but bond level 1 :P I didn't realize there were achievement rewards for limit breaking and leveling her, including an extra 5★ LB, that's nice. I guess she replaces 4★ Kon as my main fire warrior. Uraras just obsolete everywhere for me, while I still can't get Nina, who's an alchemist anyway. It's cool to hear the game cast talk beyond short phrases. Chino + the exchange shopkeeper makes for conversations very easy on the ears. |
| The Gochiusa event 25 stamina vs earth battle is letting me put my wind team far and away ahead of everybody outside of the moon team going to have something like nine level 50+ wind mages by the time this event is over I can basically set one powerful wind mage (ayaya) and let some other character reap the experience with the two cocoas and 4* chino characters like kotone "can't believe I forgot kotone was packing that much magic though, that 4* card came up and i was like "wait, who the hell is that, how would i not remember something that looked like this"" there's so much leaked experience in that gochiusa event I was able to push her from 50 to 60 in a day and a half, did they make her worse like they did Hana Fountainstand? //proceeds to curse out studio deen for like an hour been running nori as the 5th party member, will move on to yuyushiki chiho (who is underratedly *really* cute) after that - and wind is going to get even stronger in the future if uki and kuzehashi-sensei ever decide to stop by. (kuzehashi-sensei will never stop by ever) |

| I tried putting the "dungeons" on auto for the first time since March, was surprised that the game has the girls use their specials now rather than exclusively normal attacks, still no TTK unless you intervene but super helpful for grinding event rewards / bond rewards and also leveling up the special attacks. I put them on the 20-stamina one (25 is doable when I'm driving, but I need to LB Chino more to make her less fragile) and quickly went through three whole stamina bars. Edit: Wow, that didn't take long. Autoground while doing other things, go to the shop and I have +1200 Tippy breads and over 9999 expressos. After that I've already pretty much cleaned out the shop except for the Etowarium. Absolutely absurd. Was inspired by your comment, and raised Chiho from bond 2 all the way up to bond 4. I've been running the 25-stamina moon quest with Cocoa + Hifumi + Chino, and I'm annoyed that even though I've got Chino at a higher level (90) than Hifumi (87), Hifumi still has higher speed (120 vs. 113) and therefore gets to level her skills more than Chino because she clears the screen before Chino even gets a turn. Okay, switched out Hifumi for Hiro. Still faster than Chino (117), but leaves enemies (barely) alive for her. :P CHINO WHY YOU SO SLOW |

| I hadn't had a random friend request since March... until the night I put up level 100 5★ Chino with her unique 5★ mage gem (gempot?) leveled to 20. Got two and accepted both. I think I'll save the etowarium for a warrior. I decided I was more sick of not having a 5★ warrior (other than Merry) than anything, so I threw all of my gems and tickets at the K-On gacha, and then threw a bunch of clocks and keys into letting the girls auto-grind their bond for another 2000 or so gems, got two 5★ mage Azusae and like five 4★ Ritsu. Also just got Nadeshiko today and bought Shimarin from the slavery shop. I'm not going to stop grinding bond until either the gacha ends (two days) or I get a third 5★. If it's a third Azusa, well, she should be pretty strong as a 5★ at awakened level 2. :P Her evolved form should be tanned but it is not. Well, maybe that's coming next summer. Really annoying how they put a Slow Start 5★ in with the Anima Yell gacha, but whatever, I mainly want Arima. | In space no one can hear you yell for all This is going amazingly badly for everyone, I'm impressed. Edit:    The new weapon upgrade quests are total BS, judging by the mage one (40-stamina version). My outcome (end of level 3) with Yuuri and Chino at level 100 and Hifumi at 86:  They were described on Reddit as being designed for a party of entirely the target class, so I wasn't expecting a battle of attrition with healing enemies. I guess it'd be fine with a priest. I feel like it'd be more effective to take the enemies down one at a time with warriors than to try to gradually wear them down with AOE attacks while they all continue attacking (well maybe they have high DEF, but their MDF doesn't seem low). Doesn't matter anyway, it pays out pitifully little compared to my factories and event shops. I have tons of the bright blue materials already. |

| six tickets, no uki have saturday's weekly ticket and i'm sure i'll be able to scrounge up another 100 gems for a 400 pull before the event is up, so I can continue to not get uki sun mage kohane is super cute though and is replacing one of swimsuit kotone or hifumi on the high end teams, fire kohane is not pushing out either swimsuit Yagami or welface Alice, fire knight Arima may or may not take over for 5* volleyball Haruka depends how the rest of the show goes. Uki would without question be replacing Kurumi but no, I can't have Ukis, the kuzehashi-sensei for a new generation I tried that 40-stamina mage weapon crest gacha with 4* Ayaya-76, 4* Shimarin-74, 5* Kou-78, 5* Tamaki-78 and 4* Tamaki-78 along with a support 5* Chino-100 and managed to win a single turn before a total party wipe, so the gold key version must be beyond the pale at this point I don't really have a strategy to give, the entire thing rested on the speed boost from Yagami's TTK and it was indeed much more effective to take them down one at a time; I maybe might have gold crowned with a priest onboard but it was such a stupidly long mission I'm going to wait until I've got mages in the 80s before giving it another run. Shimarin didn't do much, figure either 4* Naru (naru's so cute) or 5* Run (run derp face emoji goes here) when properly leveled will get that spot. |

| The chances will get worse when they throw the non-chair characters in on Saturday morning our time. Sucks that the chair window is so small. Other thing about Arima is, the only fire knight I have is 3★ Miyako. :P I also tried to get 5★ fire knight Haruka from the recent knight gacha, but got Yui and An instead. (An sounds kawaisou AF when she says "Minna daijoubu," it's pretty depressing to use her) Considering how much easier it is to get those materials from event shops (especially now that it's so much easier to grind), I don't picture these quests being popular in general except as challenges for challenge's sake. I wouldn't be surprised if Drecom made adjustments within a few weeks. But still, unless you're leveling a 5★ weapon, you don't need a lot of materials, so increasing the rewards still wouldn't make the quests essential. |
