| Amazing episode. Parody of psychological genre with references to Death Note and some Naruto parody was pure win. I love how they even mocked the angle of camera and art of the psychological genre! |

And Katsura reading Gintoki's mind XDD And yes, the epic faces with no background! The Scary Shiny Glasses! Itachi's emo guide speech! NABE LEON, for crying out loud (I totally snapped at this one, cause my dad is like the ULTIMATE Bonaparte fan and I just imagined his wtf face XD)! |

| Up until now I thought Lucky Star was the only anime that could make an entire episode just about eating food, but I stand corrected. And I could easily tell that the episode was a parody of Death Note, but I just kept waiting for the punchline. I kept hoping that someone would say "just as planned" or something like that, and was getting worried when it wasn't happening, but then throwing in Ryuk at the end was an awesome payoff. |

| Mmmm sukiyaki. Hilarious over the top parody episode, I liked at the beginning how they were trying to think of a way to make it a filler episode. Of course the silliness of the Death Note "NABE SHOGUN" plot just made it even better. So damn funny! |

| Yeah... I'm probably just tired [to avoid saying I'm slow] but I didn't get the Death Note parody, until the very end when they showed Ryuk :D And about the op/ed new songs... I think they should have put them the other way around :|. The opening is too slow, the ending song feels a bit more lively, they should have used it as an intro... Anyway, I liked the old ones better and wished they'd kept them forever :D |

| Last night i didn't go to sleep til 06:00 am because of Gintama and i was about to watch this episode. Seriously, i don't remember the last time i laughed sooooooooo hard. I was crying, i was laughing, i couldn't take a breath. I paused twice because i couldn't see due to my teary eyes. I thought i was going to choke to death, for christ's sake! I'm only in the beginning, but it's an amazing anime. It's now my favorite episode, but i have a lot left. I've already watched it 4 times. God! |

| Naruto and death note reference. Not only that, there was also a Jackie Chan reference, althought Rumble subs TL said it was some musician Jackie, but I think it was jackie chan cuz Gintoki was talking about jumping on chandeliers and stuff. Great ep |

| Awesome episode, and an Amazing anime. All the anime references were hilarious and this episode was genius. Loved it. I didn't get the references in this until later in the episode. Hope to see more anime references! :) |

LMAO this episode got me thinking "This actually looks like some Death Note reference" though at the end it was pretty obvious got me :DDDD It's interesting how they got a whole episode going with just one single and simple topic...food and turn it into a battle and turned out great! |
